Suruchi Homestay Sittong

Very poorly maintenened property. Inadequate staffs. Rooms are horrible. No drinking water,no towels. No proper cook. Very poor experience. Holidays are spoiled for this home stay.

The services provided here are inadequate....no drinking water facility was provided so we had to purchase water bottles from shops that were quite far from the homestay.... food was not served properly....moreover the bathrooms were not clean....overall it was not a good experience at all

It was a really bad experience for us. First what's with the host's attitude. Before visiting we were asking the host about car details for travelling on WhatsApp he just started misbehaving on WhatsApp voice which we have proof of btw. Then on the day of our arrival we were served stale egg curry at lunch and the stupid host had the audacity to tell us to eat the eggs only and leave the curry. Also the room which we were given was closely attached to the homeowner's room and the whole day we had to listen to the sounds of phone calling, television and what not. Couldn't even get a proper afternoon nap. So , just don't go to this place. There are a bunch of other homestays in Sittong which offers great service.

Best Experience

Overall wonderful experience. Staffs are very good and polite . Room are very clean and the food quality very beautiful. It is best for 2-3 night.

Beautiful view,rooms very neat and clean, food is simple and on time ,staff behaviour very good make us feel like home, always ready to help overall memorable trip, next year again a trip

We had a wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly nice and welcoming. The ambience was just perfect, creating a peaceful and cozy environment to relax in. The food quality was really good as well like tasty, fresh, and satisfying. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay.

Good experience

The view from the homestay is very normal, due to its location. It is not on the top of the hills ( lap of the lower hills). Would not appreciated the manager's behaviour. Everytime you have ask for drinking water in the rooms. There is no room service for basic things as well without asking for it. Food quality as well as the quality is not good. Overall the Suruchi homestay is not recommended for you if you want a good food & other services & good view from the homestay. Don't judge this homestay by its pictures. Overall it is not recommended for friends group, couples as well. This is not a professional behaviour from a owner. How could you so sure that I am the person who create this unwelcoming behaviour? Have you any proofs of that? This is not acceptable and if i will find this kind of comments against me then will take legal action agaist you and your behaviour & words. By the way, I had never seen the owner's room next to the guest rooms. If the owner's room next to the gust room, it means the privacy of the guests get revealed. Either thier rooms are on ground level or top of the building/ structure.

Now I am in Darjeeling. Suruchi was full of guests but the service we received excellent.Rooms and was rooms are near and clean. Bubai da and Anil are so familiar like friends. We have a sweet experience.

Excellent place with calm and quiet environment. Owner,staff are all with good behaviour. Foods are delicious. I recomend everybody.

Place is nice but not in proper upper sittong, food quality and quantity is very poor that they serve, the manager think he is over smart and very claver, he even refuse to serve drinking water to the rooms. Not recommended for newly married couples or family because other visitors knok your wooden wall every time to keep you quite.

Worst behaviour of staffs.. specially the manager.. It's located almost at the lower level so view is not good.. The owner of the house has many rules for visitors.. Not recommended at all..

I went suruchi last oct. Though there was heavy rush but the hospitality was splendid. Rooms and ambience are excellent. Foods are so tasty. Location is awesome.

I think suruchi is the best homestay in sitting.location,rooms,hospitality all are best.The host is very helpful. Foods are tasty and hygienic. Spacious and clean. If I come to sitting again ,my stay will be suruchi homestay
