Third time here! Love coming back to this place time and again. And I get very sad everytime I have to leave! It's so laid back, you can actually unwind here. The food is so so good, I over-eat all three meals, and don't feel even one bit guilty!

We felt thoroughly rejuvenated after our stay at Quo Vadis! Saknim is a fantastic host - her calm and friendly demeanour add to the overall sense of peace that presides over the property. She takes excellent care of her guests and provides a personal touch which is lacking in many other homestays. She shared local information and insights with us, and was enjoyable to converse with. The room was spotlessly clean, very cosy and comfortable, with additional blankets and hot water bottles provided. The farmhouse itself is steeped in history and surrounded by vegetable gardens and trees. It occupies a secluded spot in a small village with beautiful walking trails nearby. Besides Saknim, the other staff were also very amicable and smiley - as a team they put a lot of effort into cooking and caring for us. We were absolutely spoiled with the food at Quo Vadis! Every meal we were presented with a whole spread of delicacies and dishes - all prepared from fresh local produce. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!!!!!
