Extreme extreme extremely bad experience.worst staffs..Think 100 times before booking..

Very nice homestay. View is amazing. The caretaker is really nice spoken and helpful. Food quality is good but can be but more tasty.

Homestay is very nice and their hospitality is the best of one which I experienced recently ...they serve you fresh food which is also very tasty and hygenic...and the person Mukul da is also a good person.... I recommend everyone that this is a best homestay where you feel like your home.

Worst experience ever at Sittong Himal Homestay (সবচেয়ে খারাপ অভিজ্ঞতা / सबसे खराब अनुभव) We stayed at Sittong Himal Homestay on 9th and 10th, and it was the most disappointing, unprofessional, and mismanaged trip ever. • False promises: Manager gave many assurances before the trip, but none were fulfilled. ভুল প্রতিশ্রুতি: ম্যানেজার অনেক প্রতিশ্রুতি দিয়েছিলেন, কিন্তু কিছুই রাখেননি। झूठे वादे: मैनेजर ने कई वादे किए लेकिन कोई पूरा नहीं किया। • Full payment before trip end: We paid full amount two days early, after which service became even worse. পুরো টাকা আগে নেওয়া: আমরা দুই দিন আগেই পুরো টাকা দিয়েছিলাম, তারপর সার্ভিস আরও খারাপ হয়। पहले पूरा भुगतान: हमने दो दिन पहले पूरा पैसा दिया, उसके बाद सेवा और भी खराब हो गई। • Stranded without help: Due to a football match blocking the road, we were stuck midway on a steep and uneven path with our luggage. সাহায্য ছাড়া ফেঁসে যাওয়া: ফুটবল ম্যাচের কারণে রাস্তা বন্ধ ছিল, আমরা অসমান ও খাড়া রাস্তায় লাগেজসহ আটকে পড়ি। मदद के बिना फंसे: फुटबॉल मैच के कारण सड़क बंद थी, हम ढलान और ऊबड़-खाबड़ रास्ते में सामान के साथ फंस गए। • No assistance from management: Nobody from the homestay helped or guided us. ম্যানেজমেন্টের সাহায্য নেই: হোমস্টে থেকে কেউ সাহায্য বা গাইড করেনি। प्रबंधन की कोई मदद नहीं: होमस्टे की तरफ से कोई सहायता या मार्गदर्शन नहीं मिला। • Missed lunch, no refund: We reached at 4:30 PM and missed lunch completely, but no adjustment or ₹2000 refund per head was made. লাঞ্চ মিস, রিফান্ড নেই: আমরা ৪:৩০-এ পৌঁছাই, লাঞ্চ পাইনি, ২০০০ টাকা প্রতি মাথায় ফেরতও দেয়নি। लंच मिस, कोई रिफंड नहीं: हम 4:30 बजे पहुंचे, लंच नहीं मिला और ₹2000 प्रति व्यक्ति का कोई रिफंड नहीं हुआ। • Even on 10th: The drivers never came down to the homestay. মালিকের ব্যবহার অত্যন্ত খারাপ। কথার সঙ্গে কাজের কোনো মিল নেই। যাওয়ার রাস্তা খুব খারাপ। কিচেন আনহাইজেনিক। বাথরুম অ পরিস্কার।
