Toki Tibet Home Darjeeling

I had a wonderful stay at this guest house. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help. I would definitely love to visit again!

Food quality too bad. Staff also not good. And last day they could not provide breakfast although they taken money

আমার এখানে থেকেছি, খুব খুব খারাপ experience, প্রথম দিন গরম জল আসছিলো না, ঠান্ডা জলে স্নান করে বেরোতে হয়েছিল, ম্যাল থেকে ফিরে বিকালে জল চাইছি Jug e করে জল দিয়ে গেলো, বুঝলাম এখানে মিনারেল ওয়াটার বোতল দেয় না, আমি বললাম minaral water bottle দিয়ে যান আমরা টাকা দিয়ে দেবো, কেয়ার টেকার বলল minaral water bottle ওরা রাখেনা, আমরাই Minaral water Bottol কিনে আনলাম,বিকালে ৬ টা সময় বাচ্ছা র জন্য সামান্য french fry order করেছিলাম, আমাদের বললো হবে না, রাতের খাবার order তখনি দিতে হবে, আচ্ছা তাই দিলাম। পর দিন আমাদের ভোরে ৩টে তে টাইগার হিল এ যাবার কথা ছিল তাই ভোরে যাতে ঠিক থাক গরম জল পাই তার জন্য আশীষ বাবুর কে পুরো ব্যাপার টা বললাম উনি আমাকে assure করলেন যে কাল আপনারা ভোরে গরম জল পাবেন, কোনো প্রবলেম হবে না, কিন্তু ভোরে যখন আমরা ready হওয়ার জন্যে ওয়াশরুম use করতে যাই গরম জল তো দুরের কথা ঠান্ডা জল ও ছিলো না, Care taker কে বলার পর সে পাম্প চালায়, তার পর আমাদের ready হতে ৫. ৩০ বেজে যায়,আর এমন জায়গায় হোটেল টা অবস্থিত যে টাইগার হিল যাবার পথে আমরা এমন জ্যাম পেলাম যে যথারীতি টাইগার হিল থেকে কাঞ্চনজঙ্ঘা আমরা সেদিন আর দেখতে পেলাম না, আমাদের ১৫০০/- জলে গিয়েছিলো, ফিরে এসে আশীষ বাবুর সহ ওনার সহ কর্মী কে ফোন করি, প্রায় ১০-১৫ বার কল করি কিন্তু কেউ ফোন ওঠায় না, অগত্যা পুরো ব্যাপারটা WhatsApp বলি, কিন্তু ওদের থেকে আজ অব্দি কোনো reply পাই না, আসার দিন আমি ১৫০০/- কেটে পেমেন্ট করেছিলাম, তাতেও ভদ্রলোক দুটি র কোনো reply করেনি . শুধু হোটেল lease নিয়ে ফেইসবুক কে reels বানিয়ে customer attraction করলেই হয় না, আপনারা service Provider, customer ঠিক থাক সার্ভিস পাচ্ছে কিনা সেটাও আপনাদের দায়িত্বে র মধ্যে পরে. সুদূর নর্থ সিকিমএর হোম স্টে বা উত্তরাখন্ড এর দেওড়িয়া তাল এর টেন্ট ও আমরা শীতের জায়গার দুটো জিনিস ১ কম্বল,২ গরম জল (মিনিমাম রিকোয়ারমেন ) পেয়েছিলাম। সেখানে,আপনার যে হোটেল এ দেখাচ্ছেন ১০০ টাকা দিয়ে পুল খেলার ব্যবস্থা রেখেছেন অথচ ভোরে গরম জল বা minaral ওয়াটার, বা সামান্য আলু ভাজা (French Fry) দিতে পারেন নি. শুধু মাত্র একটু শান্ত পরিবেশ এ থাকবো বলে আপনাদের হোটেল বুক করেছিলাম, ম্যালে এর কাছে ২৫০০/- খুবই ভালো ভিউ রুম এর খোঁজ দিয়েছিলো আমাদের ড্রাইভার, আপনাদের হোটেল থেকে ম্যাল যেতে আসতে আমাদের যা খরচ হয়েছে তাতে করে আমরা ৩০০০/- টাকার হোটেলে থাকতে পারতাম ম্যালের কাছে, এতো কথা বলতাম না, বললাম কারণ অন্য কেউ যাতে আর না ঠকে, আর আপনাদের ও সুযোগ করে দিলাম ভুল গুলো শুধরে নেওয়ার

Most pathetic experience. Inexperienced and kind of lackluster approach towards any basic demand. Lack of water in washroom in early morning, no packaged drinking water available in homestay.

Worst service, food quality is too bad, room & location is not bad, view from room is very nice.

Room is too short ..there are no mirror in this room.. Mirror available only in bathroom.. But problem is traveling... There are no share car service from hotel to mall road and any other area..

Poorest services you can imagine. In December 25, when temperature is about 5 or 6, they keep the water heaters off, and when requested, puts it on. The staff tells that as per owners instructions , they keep the geysers off. Even the water supply is not regular. Food quality is below par. Quantity and quality both are third class. Never check in this hotel.
