Cheap room, food was tasty expect this everything was totally poor. Specially they are ignoring if you qill come through any travel agency. Iss rate m isse ache hotels mil jayega, family k liye ye hotel bahut h khrap hai. No windows , no ventilators on back side rooms, suffocating rooms aur mobile network completely zero.

Nice room. Very helpful staff. It was great to interact with Mr Gautam. Ren Tshering, Sonia, Nikita, Ravi from restaurant are very polite and take good care of the guests. Enjoyed a comfortable stay.

Good room with Great Food

Congested approach road to hotel. Food was nice.Hospitality was good. No mountain view from room.

Excellent value for money equivalent any 3*business hotel. Very well mannered team ,ready to help you always. In house food is excellent feel like home type food. Property manager Goutam, restaurant incharge Len and entire team is loving. The brand Wormwood has hotels in other popular tourist destinations also like Puri,Benaras and other place. Will visit again.

Rooms were nice, not the Best but the issue was the service there was a receptionist or manager I am not confirm He was really rude and unprofessional he even yelled at us over some scooters. Our driver was struggling to get the car out of the parking space because a scotty was parked outside and we thought it was hotel staff's vehicle but it wasn't. We didn't know that We told them to move it and he started yelling at us that it wasn't their's We already had a heated conversation about rooms but he still he didn't have any to yell at us and He also literally said "I am not your servant" I hope they don't act like this in future and have more patience

Not good at all, they provided good furnitures like bed and almirah and chair desk... But no window or floor mat. There is no ventilation and thats why damp was all over the place. Surprisingly when i shared this feedback they said its supreme quality room and yes there is no real window but we made a dummy window so that the travellers will feel good about it... Could not understand their logic.

We stayed here 3 days to night service was very pathetic we asking for water but after 5 hrs they wasn't take any action .food was quite good there specially chicken biryani. But the location was upper side from the mall road . Reception staffs are ok ok. Rooms we have booked from online are very small and even though we pay not less. They said online booking rooms and offline rooms are fregrance. Just ok type not lux and comfortable what you pay for.

The location was not very convenient, and there was no parking available. The bathroom was not properly maintained—the hot and cold water control knob was broken, and the toilet flush was not working. Overall, the stay was below expectations due to these issues.

We stayed here for three nights during the peak season,the staff behaviour was good.We got rooms in the hotel at 11pm night at a tough time.Goutam sir at the reception helped us at the tough time when we were not getting rooms.The rooms are big and neat.The food was great. We had a good stay at the hotel.I highly recommend the hotel.

Hotel has been recently renovated, looks good, but the rooms we were allocated had moisture inside. Water did not smell good. Wifi was weak. Food was good. Location is a hurdle, as vehicles do not arrive at doorstep.

Standard rooms are very small. We changed after one day. Service and food quality is good. 10 min walkable distance from Ramada.

I had pleasure to stay at wormwood Rooms are super clean , its a newly renovated Place - so all neat and clean Breakfast is must to try . Second - staff is very polite , everything will be allowed to you at your door Thank you for accomodating us - khalid

Great stay at New Mandala Darjeeling! Just a short walk from Mall Road, making it super convenient to explore. Loved the food—fresh and delicious. Service was warm and attentive throughout. Perfect balance of comfort, location, and affordability. Highly recommended!
