⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Perfect Stay with Stunning Views! Dello Retreat is a wonderful place to stay in Kalimpong. The location is simply beautiful, and the breathtaking views from every room are the highlight of the property. Waking up to the magnificent mountain vistas was an unforgettable experience. The staff are warm, courteous, and always ready to help. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious throughout our stay. The peaceful ambience, scenic surroundings, and genuine hospitality made our visit truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Kalimpong. We would love to visit again!

I have never seen such a bad hotel very worst experience Food quality was very bad vegetables are like medicine smell and taste room is very dirty blanket was very dirty there are cockroach in the room very dissapoint and room is so small and they are say this a 3 star hotel homestay is better than this hotel I recommend never stay in this hotel Vert limited menu and food quality very bad 🫩

We stayed for 3 days in this hotel. Location is extremely well. From the room KANCHENJUNGA is clearly visible.Rooms are very neat and clean . Food is prepared according to the taste of the individual . Staffs are very well behaved.

The view from the hotel is absolutely great, however these are the following difficulties we faced which left us rather dissatisfied 1) we had booked 4 premium rooms but they gave us only 2 premium rooms with personal balconies. The other 2 rooms were smaller and had no attached balcony, in other words they were not the same category rooms. 2) Housekeeping was not up to the mark . They told us they would be able to change sheets only after their laundry arrives from Siliguri 3)They do not have any separate space for personal parties but had still allowed a big group to conduct their personal celebrations in the common restaurant. This group continued to create a lot of noise, smoke hookah with complete disregard to the discomfort they were creating for others. The blaring music and noise continued till about 11pm and the hotel management allowed this to continue. Therefore our stay in the quiet serene locality was completely ruined

The stay was excellent. The services were of par excellence. Overall the experience has left us spellbound.

Everything is excellent in this property. Every single behaviour is awesome. Special thanks to Mr Awaaz who his so kind & sweet in nature ..always have the attitude to help guests in very possible problem. Always suggest good which is benefited for guests. Receptionist Jyoti is also sweet in nature & cooperative. Restaurant food is also delicious. They have given maximum discounts also. A must visit place. Main attraction is skygrill open terrace .

Very decent location and prompt services. Restaurant serves tasty food. It is said that Hotel offers nice view if Himalayan peaks but unfortunately for us it was cloudy during our stay.

Our stay here overlooking the Magestic Kanchenjunga was nothing short of magical. The cafe itself is a highlight—nicely furnished and staffed by a team that genuinely understands the assignment of "relaxation." The atmosphere is further elevated by a superb selection of plants, giving the entire property a lush, curated feel that perfectly complements the mountain views. ​For those traveling with family (or just the young at heart), the swing and seesaw are delightful additions that add a touch of playfulness to the serenity. ​However, the journey requires a bit of "mountain grit." While the parking space is sufficient, the approach road is notoriously tricky and not for the faint of heart. Additionally, be prepared for a short walk from the parking area to the cafe and restaurant—it’s not a direct drop-off, so wear sensible shoes. ​During my visit, an LPG shortage had temporarily squeezed their culinary offerings. While the food items were limited, the staff managed a condensed menu that still hit the mark. Overall, it remains a quiet, picturesque getaway for locals and visitors alike. Just keep a steady hand on the steering wheel!

We had booked this place for our stay at kalimpong....the place is awesome as it's secluded and in the hills...it's a little away from the main town but we felt the location and their service makes up for it...the rooms are comfortable and well equipped....the service is prompt and courteous, we really enjoyed our stay here and it's was really a retreat filled stay...
