Horrible experience!

I was here last week with my family.the best hotel in Darjeeling with best location.and the staffs they were really good each and everyone of them

We had a wonderful stay at Muscatel Stardust, Darjeeling. The hotel is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and provide beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The staff deserve special appreciation for their friendliness, professionalism, and prompt service. They were always ready to help with a smile, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is another big advantage—it's convenient and well-connected, making it easy to explore Darjeeling's major attractions without the hassle of long uphill walks. Overall, Muscatel Stardust exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed hotel with excellent hospitality, this is a fantastic choice. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Darjeeling.

Outstanding Service

Had a wonderful stay at Muscatel Stardust in Darjeeling. We stayed in a Mountain View Room and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. A special thanks to Binod uncle, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home, helping with everything from food arrangements to room requirements. The receptionist and housekeeping staff were also extremely helpful and courteous. They even assisted us with cab bookings, making our trip hassle-free. Great hospitality and highly recommended!

I stayed at Muscatel Stardust Hotel from 18th to 20th May with my family, and it was a wonderful experience. The location right at Darjeeling Mall is perfect — everything is within walking distance, yet the hotel feels peaceful and cozy. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained, making the stay very comfortable. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the staff. Every member was warm and attentive, ensuring guests feel at home. A special mention goes to Miss Anamika, who is exceptional at her job — her professionalism and genuine care made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Darjeeling. Great location, spotless rooms, and outstanding hospitality!

The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offered a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that was perfect for traveling with our five-month-old baby. Binod ji as a caretaker and chef, he was always proactive and easily reachable. Our three days stay at Muscatel Stardust - Chowrasta Mall Road was truly memorable and one of the best hospitality experiences we have ever had in Darjeeling. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its unbeatable location. Situated right at the heart of Chowrasta Mall Road, it gives easy access to the most famous streets, local markets, cafes and restaurants of Darjeeling. During the evening, the entire area becomes the centre of attraction with lively crowds, delicious momos, hot Darjeeling tea, beautiful viewpoints and even horse riding activities — making the experience absolutely magical. Although the hotel is around 300–400 meters from Bhanu Bhavan taxi stand, the hospitality starts even before check-in. Just give them a call and their staff will personally come to pick up your luggage and guide you to the hotel. The warm welcome we received instantly made us feel comfortable and special. From outside, the property may look small, but once you step inside, it feels luxurious, elegant, extremely neat and clean. The rooms are very spacious, well-maintained and equipped with all basic amenities and toiletries. The staff is available 24x7 and always ready to help — whether it is guiding you about sightseeing places, suggesting local markets, offering umbrellas during rain, or helping with travel arrangements. They even upgrade rooms whenever available, which shows how much they value guest comfort. What truly makes this hotel exceptional is the behaviour, professionalism and hospitality of the entire team. Every staff member was courteous, helpful and always carried a genuine smile that made us feel relaxed and at home. A very special thanks to Anamika and Sahyog for making our stay extra special. Since it was our first wedding anniversary trip, they guided us to the best place to buy a cake and helped us celebrate beautifully. Sahyog personally came to pick up our luggage and escorted us to the hotel. Their congenial behaviour, warmth and caring attitude made our anniversary trip unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Darjeeling who wants the perfect combination of prime location, comfort, cleanliness and outstanding hospitality. We would definitely love to stay here again!
