Horrible experience, won't even provide an extra pillow, nor blanket, makes excuses for cleaning the toilet ( there was no scrub or anything to clean with ) blamed us for dirtying it 😭 btw it was not clean before we came as well

Booked this stay through MMT. The pictures uploaded online looked quite good and many amenities were mentioned. But the actual experience was completely different. The room I received did not match the pictures at all. Because of this, most of the mentioned amenities were missing or not as promised. At first, the bedroom looked okay, but overall it was disappointing. The main issue was the washroom. It was extremely unhygienic and not inhabitable for humans, not even for animals. Water was not draining at all, so ankle-length dirty water was always there. Using the shower or toilet was very uncomfortable. When I raised the issue, they showed me another room on a lower floor. That area was very congested and the room was extremely basic. Just a bed with an attached washroom, nothing else. No wardrobe, no space for luggage, and not even enough space to walk or move around properly. They also told me there was another room beside my current room. If I adjust for one night, I could shift there the next day after the guest checks out. I agreed. But the next day, things kept changing. In the morning nothing happened. Around lunch they delayed again. By evening, first they said their plan changed and the guest would continue staying. Later they said a new guest was coming. So the promised room was never given. After that, even the geyser inside my room was turned off intentionally. When I spoke further, I understood they have some issue with MMT pricing. They list rooms at one price, but MMT shows customers a lower discounted price. Because of this, they seemed unhappy and wanted customers to cancel bookings. That might be the reason they provided such an unhygienic and unusable room instead of the booked one. For Hygiene 0 ⭐ out of 5 For Responsibility 1 ⭐ out of 5 One good thing was the staff behaviour. She was polite and calm. 3.5 ⭐ out of 5 They agreed for cancellation later, which again shows they were more interested in cancellation than resolving the issue. Check-in and checkout process was smooth. 5 ⭐ out of 5 Location was decent. 3.5 ⭐ out of 5 My verdict: This is completely based on my experience and the rooms I saw. Maybe other rooms are better. I would not recommend it. But if you get a proper room and things work out, your experience might be different. Overall 1.5 ⭐ out of 5
