The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and the location near Mall Road that was perfect for exploring Darjeeling a special thanks to Ravi gurung at restaurant for being so helpful and guiding us throughout our stay their polite nature and support made our experience even better. The staff especially prajakta helped us and food, and overall hospitality were excellent. highly recommended

A special thanks to the receptionist, Karan, who was extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming throughout my visit. He made the check-in process smooth and was always ready to assist with any questions or requests. His excellent hospitality truly made a difference. I would highly recommend Hotel Mallstone and look forward to staying here again.
