PRAKHAR
Absolutely the worst experience ever! I would give zero stars if I could. The location is incredibly inconvenient, poorly marked, and practically in the middle of nowhere. If you plan to eat during your stay, forget about it—we were unable to get any food through the completely unhelpful staff, and online food delivery apps refused to deliver to this spot. We were left stranded and starving after a long day of travel. The rooms themselves were shockingly compact and suffocating, making it impossible to even open our luggage properly. To make a miserable stay even worse, there was absolutely no water supply in the washrooms! It is completely unacceptable for any hotel to lack basic plumbing and hygiene necessities. To add to this disaster, the bed linens felt damp and unwashed, the room had a persistent musty smell, and the management was completely apathetic to our complaints. Instead of apologizing or fixing the water issue, the front desk was rude and dismissive. Save your money and your peace of mind—avoid this place at all costs!

Nice cozy place with unorthodox bedding arrangement. Heater attached to the bed made the cold disappear. Great Hosts. The accessibility is not easy, especially for elders. Its a steep walk of 3-4 minutes. Getting down to property is easy but coming up, to the vehicle is challenging. Cleanliness is also needs some attention, as tangled webs were found near lights in main hall.

As per reference we visited this homestay on dated 19/06/25 but it was not family friendly . We had booked it for 4 nights but due to uncomfortable & inconvenience we shifted to another property .

Darjeeling BnB is really a lovely place to stay. The people are very courteous and always happy to help. The Rooms are very well maintained and designed. My family would recommend this place to all young families.

Awesome experience with great location and service. The property has good spacious rooms with excellent décor and fine taste for aesthetic sense.

Very untidy room and bathroom. We had room number 1 and the single bed had dirty bed cover, the electric heater on the two mattress were not working initially, electric kettle didn’t work. Bathroom pictures show shower knobs however none of the bathrooms have shower. The sink was dirty with hair strands. The property is way out from the mall and after 7:30pm it’s difficult to find any cab to return to the property. The only positive thing was the breakfast which was simple yet nice. The charges Rs 3,528 for one day ( we had booked for 2 days which comes to Rs 7,056) is extremely overpriced in line with the property standards. We unfortunately checked out the next day. Very bad air bnb property. Namrata sounded very arrogant whenever the above concerns were raised.

The rooms, view from balcony and the home cooked food is nice. One bathroom is very dirty. The only concern is the approach road. It was informd to me that it is just 1 min walk down the hill which is completely untrue. It was already informed in advance that I will be visiting with my 14 months old baby and my old mother. But Namrata did not bother to tell me the truth. It was very hectic for me to come up and down with my baby and my old mother. And as far as reviews are concerned, no where it is mentioned about the distance and steepness of the approach road. How can a old person and a mother Carrying her child walk downhill and uphill in 1 to 2 min..please explain. How does the word physical fitness comes from? By giving such kind of answers u all are spoiling ur own image. And as far as whatsapp chats are concerned, i have been repeatedly telling that i have a 1 year 4 months old baby. Inspite of that u all are telling its a 1 min walk. Where u have mentioned in the chats" depending on ur physical condition"? I want an explanation.
