সম্প্রতি দার্জিলিং ভ্রমণে আমরা এই হোটেলটিতে ৩দিন অবস্থান করেছিলাম, কিন্তু অত্যন্ত দুঃখের সাথে জানাতে হচ্ছে যে আমাদের অভিজ্ঞতা ভীষণ হতাশাজনক ছিল। বুকিং করার সময় যে সমস্ত প্রতিশ্রুতি দেওয়া হয়েছিল, বাস্তবে তার বিন্দুমাত্র মিল খুঁজে পাওয়া যায়নি। হোটেলের সামগ্রিক ব্যবস্থাপনা ও পরিবেশ অত্যন্ত নোংরা ও অস্বাস্থ্যকর ছিল। রুমগুলো একেবারেই অপরিষ্কার এবং ঘর থেকে একধরনের তীব্র, ভ্যাপসা বাজে গন্ধ বেরোচ্ছিল— যা থাকার পরিবেশকে চরম অস্বস্তিকর করে তোলে। বুকিংয়ের সময় রুম থেকে যে চমৎকার প্রাকৃতিক দৃশ্যের প্রতিশ্রুতি দেওয়া হয়েছিল, বাস্তবে তা সম্পূর্ণ বিভ্রান্তিকর। হোটেলটির অবস্থানও সুবিধাজনক নয়; এটি ম্যাল রোড থেকে বেশ খানিকটা দূরে অবস্থিত এবং এর মূল প্রবেশদ্বারটি অত্যন্ত ঘিঞ্জি ও জঘন্য। ওয়াই-ফাইয়ের (wifi) সুবিধা উল্লেখ থাকলেও বাস্তবে তা একেবারেই অচল ছিল। এছাড়াও হোটেলের কর্মচারীদের আচরণ এবং ব্যবহার ছিল অত্যন্ত অপেশাদার ও সৌজন্যহীন। অতিথিদের যেকোনো সমস্যা বা প্রয়োজনে তাদের মধ্যে ন্যূনতম সহযোগিতার মানসিকতা দেখা যায়নি। সবচেয়ে বড় অসুবিধা আমরা ভোগ যখন এই হোটেলের মাধ্যমে আমরা ঘোরার জন্য একটি গাড়ি বুক করি। সেই গাড়ির ড্রাইভারের আচরণ ও মানসিকতা এতটাই জঘন্য ছিল যে সে আমাদের সমস্ত দার্জিলিং ভ্রমণকে একেবারে নষ্ট করে দিয়েছে। প্রকৃতির মনোরম পরিবেশে এসে হোটেলের এমন চূড়ান্ত অব্যবস্থাপনা এবং তাদের দেওয়া গাড়ির ড্রাইভারের অসহযোগিতা আমাদের ভ্রমণের আনন্দকে সম্পূর্ণ মাটি করে দিয়েছে। সমস্ত ঘোরার প্ল্যানকে নষ্ট করেছে! উন্নত পরিষেবা, পরিচ্ছন্নতা কিংবা আতিথেয়তা—কোনো দিক থেকেই এই হোটেলটি ন্যূনতম মান বজায় রাখতে পারেনি।

Azalea holidays is one of the best hotel in my knowledge. All staff behaviour and services are very good . The Hotel located at Tibi tower.

Their staff behavior was very bad. Food quality and quantity was not up to mark. Walking path from mall to hotel was not very friendly for people. Overall bad experience

Behavior of their service staff was very very poor. Room's and food was too basic.None of the rooms has any kind of view.

The staff is friendly, the food is homely, service is good and rooms are good view is nice in beautiful in some of the rooms

This is not a proper hotel. I stayed here for three days and booked a room for three people, but the room was too small and not suitable for three guests. There was no room service available and no arrangement for daily room cleaning. Overall, the hotel lacks basic hospitality and service. The only positive aspect is the location; apart from that, nothing met expectations.

দার্জিলিংয়ের বুকে মাত্র 900 টাকায় থাকা খাওয়ার ব্যবস্থা বেশ দারুন এনাদের পরিষেবা। তবে এই খরচটা সিজনের সময় একটু বেড়ে থাকা খাওয়ার প্যাকেজ হবে 1500 টাকা

Not bad not too good

We stayed at this property on Darjeeling mall for 3 nights and we took a double bed room. There are two double bedrooms and two three/four bedrooms. None of the rooms has any kind of view although before booking, the owner claimed that we will get a mountain view room. The property is extremely under maintained. Visible layer of dust everywhere, stains on everything at bathroom, and spider nets are not cleaned. The electric kettle was very necessary for preparing baby food for my child. But it was so dirty and full of used tea leaves, I did not even try to clean and use it. The only mirror present in the room is behind the bed which is difficult to access and also the condition is bad. The owner tries to sell it showing the proximity of mall, but that does not mean unhygienic and dirty rooms are to be provided to the boarders. Other co boarders were equally frustrated with the room. There are plenty of hotels within 5-10 minutes walking distance from mall and I hope they maintain minimum cleanliness which very much lacks at this property. There was no tea bag/coffee powder provided in the room. It's very difficult to get tea and breakfast near this location in the morning. In short, this kind of property is enough to spoil your holiday mood. I will any day choose a basic hygienic room over apparent "location" advantage.

Visited On Mall Hotel last week with my Mother. Best experience in Darjeeling. Thanks to indranil da for all the arrangements.

This hotel can be given 10 out of 10 for location, but there are many doubts that you will like this hotel. This is the first time I found earthworms in a hotel room, the bathroom is a bit like a public toilet, which can make your travel experience a bit dull.
