Its located at a walking distance near mall road. Good rooms with good amenities. Breakfast buffet lacks variety but will suffice for a quick fuel up before heading out for sightseeing activities. Many major attractions are at a walking distance from here. Staff is also very courteous and quickly helps with things. They let us checkin 2 hour early before the checkin time, had informed them in advance though. Overall a good stay with good service.

Awesome place with luxury feel. Got dinner and breakfast complimentary in buffet. The food is super tasty with multiple varieties of veggies in dinner and multi cuisine breakfast. The staff is also very cooperative. Quite near to the main market. Walking distance from Mall road. I loved the location and my Stay. Recommend. Thanks for the hospitality.

Wonderful saty. Staff here is very friendly, well behaved and hospitality is very good. Rooms are neat and clean. Very beautiful hotel with wonderful view and rooftop cafe. Quality of food is awesome.

It was a wonderful stay. I stayed with a senior citizen and they not only provided a wheelchair also allowed me to take it to the Mall, it helped a lot. Location is great, but no view from the hotel. Extremely clean, nicely decorated and very careful staff made our stay memorable.

We are so happy to say that this resort has best service. Also appreciate the staff putting in lot of efforts especially the restaurant staff serving, and cleaning up keeping continously clean. Very humble and generous staff. The woman in black jacket was working very hard non stop, felt pity a bit . We had stay on 21 and 22 March 2026, location was good near mall road with walking distance.

Wonderful experience here... they made arrangements & gave us heater as it was very cold. The food was excellent. The people were very warm & helpful.

All staff and front office staffs are very good well behaved and room are also very neet and clean and beautiful. Actually darjeeling and those people are all beautiful like the place . I have tks 2 all from me and my amulya herbs group .
