Location is good. Double bed rooms are also good having excellent mountain view window. The worst part is family (4 bed) room. Those rooms are claustrophobic, has no window. Another negative part is, inside those family room, there is absolute no network, even hotel's wifi not worked. And all these minus point not mentioned during online booking.

Waste of money .i have taken family room .but it was no window.room was very much saffocating no sunlight will come from any side.In breakfast only two item is there.staff behaviour is also not good only the reception area is well decorated. U will not get any network in the room even u will not be able to watch t.v. Because of their Wi-Fi connection I don’t know what type of Wi-Fi they providing so that u won’t get it in the room itself. I highly recommend to not book this hotel u will get better property at this price.

The hotel was decent and the staff was really helpful. The breakfast was really nice. The cleanliness was maintained well. The non-view room was a little suffocating though.However,the view from the reception was amazing. All over, a warm and welcoming hotel it was according to the location.

Thank you for the warm welcome to the hotel stuffs Amitabha, Tapas, the cook (met last moment, so missed to know the name). I will be honest on one thing i didn't like that is location, though it's on mall road, it ia 3rd floor, so some issue related using stairs, taking luggeges up etc. But taking luggeges was settled by the hotel stuff. Rooms are clean, well maintained, washrooms are clean. Nice, open view of vally, i could not see clear because of cloud and all. The food was great. We ordered egg thali, one time. In the dinner roti and chicken do peyaja was good. The next we took roti, egg do peyaja and chili chicken, very good. Overall, nice hospitality from the stuff, they help in cab booking too.

Great location, friendly staff, and a very cooperative owner. We enjoyed our stay and everything was well managed. The only area for improvement is that the family room could be a little more spacious. Apart from that, everything was excellent.

⭐ 1/5 My stay at Hotel Broadway Boutique, Darjeeling was extremely disappointing and far below even basic hospitality standards. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The blanket provided in the room was visibly dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned before being given to guests. This was highly unhygienic and made the stay very uncomfortable. Another major problem was the lack of hot water. Despite calling the reception multiple times and repeatedly informing the staff about the issue, no effective action was taken. Several of my calls either went unanswered or resulted in empty assurances that the problem would be fixed shortly. Even after personally visiting and raising the concern face-to-face, the issue remained unresolved. Not having warm water in a hill station like Darjeeling is completely unacceptable, especially when guests are paying for a comfortable stay. What made the experience worse was the poor responsiveness and lack of accountability from the hotel staff. Instead of actively resolving guest concerns, they seemed indifferent and unconcerned. Basic customer service was missing throughout the stay. I chose this hotel expecting a pleasant and comfortable experience, but unfortunately it turned out to be one of the worst hotel stays I have had. Cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service are fundamental expectations from any hotel, and Hotel Broadway Boutique failed on all three counts during my visit. I would not recommend this property to anyone unless significant improvements are made in hygiene standards, room maintenance, and guest support. Overall, it was a very poor and frustrating experience that did not justify the money spent.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Darjeeling. The decoration was beautiful, and the overall ambiance was very pleasant. A special mention to Amitabh Da, the manager, for his kind and helpful behavior. His hospitality made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

A special thanks to the manager, Amitabh Da, whose behavior was exceptionally polite and friendly. He was always helpful, attentive, and ensured that all our needs were taken care of, making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff members were courteous, and the overall service was excellent. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Darjeeling. Looking forward to visiting again!

Room service very bad….and receptionist very aggressive..staff also bad😤

We had a deeply distressing experience at this hotel and I would strongly caution others before booking here. Due to extremely poor maintenance, the hotel kept it's staircase wet and slippery from rainwater without any warning signs or safety measures. As a result, my father (age 71+) slipped and fell badly on the stairs while we were checking out from the hotel on 3rd of May 2026. He had to be admitted to the hospital later. What was even more shocking and disappointing was the complete lack of responsibility and basic human concern from the hotel staff and management. No one came to check on him that time. No assistance or support was offered. There was absolutely no follow up or concern shown. For a hospitality establishment, this level of negligence and indifference is unacceptable. Guest safety should be a top priority but clearly that is not the case here. This incident has caused immense pain, trauma and financial burden to our family. I would strongly advised travellers, especially those with elderly people, to avoid this hotel.

The photos and room condition match. Good stay for family. Water availability is good. Good for family. Staff is polite. Hotel is beautiful, tidy and neat. If it had a lift, it would have been better

What a gem. The vibe of this hotel is warm and luxurious without being stuffy. Gorgeous decor, peaceful rooms, and the breakfast was chef-level. Every corner is Instagram worthy but the comfort is what really won me over.

Stayed in the view valley room . Stay as well as food was great. Staff behaviour was also good

The hotel is a mess. No attendants at night, no power backup, no response from the hotelier. We stayed at room number 112 which is a spooky one. I will say haunted one. We left alone in the hotel during a powercut at night. The hotelier left the place before 10 pm. We experienced some eerie things at night. Please do not go to this hotel EVER.
