This homestay is one of the best places for me. We felt a very homely atmosphere here, just like being at home. We would love to visit again in the future, and I would also like to recommend this homestay to others. It offers a wonderful family-friendly environment and a truly comfortable stay.

We stayed at Mirik Holiday Homestay with our family from 3rd June to 4th June, and it was truly one of the best travel experiences we have had. We had originally planned to spend 2 days in Takdah and 2 days in Mirik, but this homestay turned out to be the highlight of our trip. The location is excellent, being just a 2-minute walk from Mirik Lake, which made sightseeing and exploring the area very convenient. The food served during our stay was absolutely delicious, fresh, and homely, making every meal enjoyable. What made our stay even more special was the warmth and kindness of Mr. Sanjay Rai and his wife. They treated us like family and made us feel completely at home. Whenever we asked for tea or any assistance, they were always happy to help with a smile and never made us feel uncomfortable. We had no plans to visit Nepal, but during a casual conversation on our first evening, Sanjay Ji graciously agreed to take us for sightseeing in Nepal, which became one of the most memorable parts of our trip. We were a group of 7 people, and every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It never felt like we were staying at a homestay—it truly felt like a home away from home. The care, affection, hospitality, and personal attention we received were beyond our expectations. We would love to visit again and have already made plans to return in the near future. It's really feel home away from home. The owner take care of us absolutely like their own family members. Also they provide my 18 months child food happily and completely free. It's a must for all family members. Superb really enjoyed their hospitality.

Our recent stay at Holiday Homestay Mirik was simply magnificent and, honestly, the most satisfying trip we've had, all thanks to our host, Sanjay da, and his wife. From the moment we arrived, Sanjay da's genuine, good-hearted nature shone through. He is a truly exceptional person who makes every guest feel like family. And what can I say about his wife? She truly has magic in her hands! The food she cooks is absolutely comforting, and a highlight of the entire stay. We booked Attic Room 2, got the scenic view, its just near the Mirik Lake. What truly set this experience apart was Sanjay da's immense kindness. I had wished to see the Rangbhang River at Tabakoshi, but the road conditions were very bad and difficult to navigate. Without hesitation, Sanjay da told me, "Sister, I will take you there," and he kept his promise. The journey was an unexpected delight. We were able to converse the whole way, sharing stories and making the drive fly by. His willingness to go the extra mile, literally, made this trip unforgettable. Sanjoy Ji, the host, is an amazing and amicable person. This homestay is just tucked in the hill beside Mirik's beautiful Sumendu Lake. Spacious and beautiful rooms, delicious food and warm hospitality must be mentioned for for the place. Highly recommended for a cozy stay at a tight budget.
