I have booked this hotel and when traveling for hours and walking 1 KM they are saying this hotel is under maintenance and you have to go to our other property and we walked for 600 mtr and then reached there another hotel and that hotel is also saying that we don't have room here also and you have to go to back to our other property. It's been 3 hours we are struggling without our fault and roaming here and there. The most worst checkin experience we have ever had throughout our whole travelling journey.
Hotel staff and view is great. However, the restaurant services are not always available
The hotel was nice .such a wonderful view from the hotel . Staff were very familiar especially I will like to thank entire F&B and housekeeping staff who is always there to assist us throughout our stay.we will definitely visit again

The hotel is located in a great area, making it convenient to explore Darjeeling’s attractions while still enjoying a peaceful and comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, well-maintained, and offered beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The housekeeping team ensured everything was spotless throughout our stay.
One of the highlights was the exceptional service provided by the entire staff. Every team member was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their dedication to guest satisfaction made our family trip even more enjoyable.
The food was delicious, with a good variety of options for both adults and children. The restaurant maintained high standards of cleanliness, and every meal was fresh and well-prepared. My family especially enjoyed the breakfast and evening dining experience.
