Late serving and cold employees not polite at all hope it will improve the next time we visit.....

I suggest all the travelers to stay in that home stay only.... They have provided great service.... And the location was also top level....

Okayish experience. Definitely not worth the premium price they charge. Rooms are not that great, the bathroom is way too small. The views are definitely worth. They have a terrace where you can have open clearer views and star gaze at nights. The Management really needs to be revamped.

Very good ambience, rooms are clean and well furnished and if I talk about the view from the room ... Just speechless !!! Must visit this place , recommended for all ...and room number 12 just mind-blowing . All rooms are very good but room no. 12 is special. Thank you !!

Best hotel in Deolo area. The hotel has outstanding view from its rooms. We stayed in the room with balcony and the view of mountain and Teesta river from the balcony was beautiful. The food quality and service was also good.

Best resort in that area. Excellent quality food with very good staff behaviour. Rooms are very clean and spacious with good room services. Kanchenjunga view rooms are the best thing in this resort.

Had a wonderful stay at this aesthetic and cozy hotel with an absolutely stunning Kanchenjunga view right from the room window. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and have a very calming vibe. The highlight has to be the rooftop — perfect for stargazing at night and offering the clearest, most breathtaking view of Kanchenjunga in the morning. Waking up to that view is truly unforgettable. While the service could be slightly improved, the location and views more than make up for it. If you’re someone who values scenery, peace, and vibes, you definitely won’t regret staying here.

The rooms and location are mesmerising but the service was sub par as room service is late to pick up calls. Food on the other hand is very tasty and healthy 👌🏻 Had a lovely stay here near Delo park.

The location and the rooms were amazing. However the food being tasty was extremely expensive. And the quantity of the food was inconsistence.

Very nice hotel with extremely beautiful view. Best place for staycation. U really don't need to go anywhere from this hotel just sit in the balcony and enjoy the mesmerizing view and see the clouds. This hotel undoubtedly offers the best view in Kalimpong. But need improvement in service. Food options are very limited but food quality is good. We had to order our evening snacks from zomato because of very less options.

Clean and geat view

Yuru retreat at Delo Hills near Kalimpung is an average clean hotel. We were told we were given the best room. The room indeed was god, there was supposed to be a good view of the Darjeeling Himalayan hills range, but due to fog and cloud in September nothing was visible from the balcony. The breakfast was not good only some basic poori and aloo sabji and boiled egg and omelette. The main disappointment was they don't serve authentic Darjeeling tea. The overall experience in cloudy and misty September was ok.

A Stunning View but a Disappointing Stay at Yuru Retreat. We stayed for a night at Yuru Retreat, Kalimpong, in a quadruple deluxe room. At the time of booking, we had specifically requested clean and fresh bed linen and a clean bathroom. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. On arrival, we were the only guests—probably owing to the off-season. The room smelled heavily of mould, as if it hadn’t been opened or aired for ages. The bed linen too carried the same musty smell, making it quite difficult to get through the night. For lunch, we ordered paneer and dal, but were disappointed to find the paneer stale. This added to our discomfort and left us wishing for better upkeep and service. The only saving grace was the breathtaking view from our room. Early in the morning, around 5:00 am, we were treated to a spectacular sight of the Kanchenjunga massif rising above the clouds. The view from the hotel’s rooftop was equally majestic, and with no other guests around, we had the panorama all to ourselves. Yuru Retreat has immense potential given its location and views. However, more attention to room maintenance, cleanliness, and food quality is needed to make it a truly enjoyable stay.
