Very good experience. Best for Peaceful, Calm atmosphere without any noise and hustle bustle although it's located close to mall road. View from the dining area, balcony is beautiful. Rooms are clean and well maintained with guyser facilities and purified drinking water.

What an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed like family. The homestay was spotless, cozy, and surrounded by beautiful scenery that made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The hosts were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious home-cooked food and the warm, homely atmosphere that made me feel completely at ease. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making the experience both comfortable and memorable. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with genuine hospitality, this is the place to be. চারদিন পুরো পরিবারের সাথে এখানে কাটালাম, আমাদের থাকা, খাওয়া এবং ঘোরানোর দায়িত্ব ছিল soul mark এর। এনাদের ভদ্র ও নম্র ব্যবহার সঙ্গে ঘরোয়া খাওয়ার আমায় মুগ্ধ করল। সঙ্গে এনাদের তত্ত্বাবধানে দার্জিলিং ও দার্জিলিং এর আশেপাশে ঘুরে দারুন আনন্দ করলাম।

In my opinion, soul mark is one of the best hotel cum homestay.. the behaviour of the staffs especially Satyajit da is awesome.. Their hospitality will never make you feel that you are away from home.. natural view from homestay is so beautiful.. quality of food is also good like home.. 5 min walking distance from Darjeeling Mall.. but only one problem, the road from mall is downward which is tough for senior citizens...

We had a very bad experience at this homestay. We had to struggle a lott , we didn't got a single cooperation from the management. The food was extremely below average. The location is not comfortable for 50+ aged people. We had the contract for transport , food and staying but not a single area was properly arranged , we got harrassed in every single situation. Those who want to travel peacefully... please do not stay here....😑😖

It was a really great experience. The hospitality was so good and the thing which make this homestay more beautiful is the view from gallery. Rooms are very clean and the staffs are very gentle and welcoming. Everyone should visit this homestay atleast for once!!

মেঘলা আকাশ বৃষ্টি আর তার সঙ্গে সত্যর আতিথেয়তা গরম ধোঁয়া ওঠা চা গরম গরম খাবার, সত্যি খুব ভালো কাটালাম চারটে দিন। যদিও প্রকৃতি আমাদের প্রতি বিমুখ ছিল। সূর্য্যর দেখা পাইনি। এখান থেকে সুন্দর কাঞ্চনজঙ্ঘা দেখা গেলেও আমাদের সৌভাগ্য হলোনা এবারের ভ্রমণে। তবে অনেক না পাওয়া ভুলে গেলাম সত্য আর কুনালের আতিথেয়তায়। পরিষ্কার পরিছন্ন গিজারের সুবিধা মনোরম পরিবেশ। সবাই আসুন, ম্যাল রোড থেকে নেমে আসতে একটু কষ্ট হলেও (আমি ৭০ বছর বয়সের হাঁটুর সমস্যা জর্জরিত ) এলে অবশ্যই খুব ভালো লাগবে।

Our stay at Soul Mark Mountain Retreat, right in front of Darjeeling Mall, felt like a beautiful love story. The rain-kissed mountains and soft mist all around filled our hearts with peace and happiness. Sitting by the window and watching the clouds drift by, the golden sunrise through the mist in the morning, and the twinkling lights across the hills at night—every moment felt truly magical. This place is not just for staying; it gave us beautiful memories filled with love that we will always cherish.

Stays here for 3nights with my family. One of the best thing about this place is , views from here and also delicious Bengali food. Room are well clean and maintained and the staffs behaviour was very decent and friendly.

Views from this homestay is splendid. If the weather is clear you may see the Kanchenjunga from here. Near to Darjeeling Mall.
