I was just here last weekend and it was so much harder to leave this place than I expected it to be. It was heavenly to experience the monsoon from the comfort of these rooms. The rooms were clean and cozy, the food was both delicious and homely, and the warmth and hospitality of the people made the stay feel less like a vacation and more like home.
Looking back, I wish I had stayed one more day after sightseeing just to listen to the rain, embrace the silence and soak in the beauty of nature. Some places give you beautiful photographs. Rare places give you peace. This was one of those. I already miss it and hope to return someday. ❤️🌧️🏔️
1. Rooms - Clean, Big rooms with huge windows. You can enjoy the amazing valley and hill view from the rooms and balcony as well.
2. Food - Made with utmost love and care. Just a little bit spicy, but if you mention them beforehand they will prepare accordingly 😊
3. View - For this part, I have a little bit disappointment than what I expected. As the homestay is located a bit downwards from the main road and the front view from the balcony a bit obstructed. But anyways, the sunset and valley looks amazing.
4. Hospitality - Top notch. Always everything was served with a smile 😊
We(a family of 4 members) visited Karki Hill View Homestay end of May month in 2026. I got the information from Google maps randomly and booked through the number, I got instant confirmation and a great support while booking the homestay. I booked on Tuesday and went there on Friday. Hence, for this short notice I got their full support.
I recommend a little bit improvements in some aspects however, still I will give 5 Star for everyone's timely updates and a great positive behaviour.

This is a very peaceful village where you truly feel calm and relaxed. The food is very delicious just like home , i feel like im in my own home .The owner is extremely kind and makes you feel very comfortable.I want to say thank you to those two people uncle and auntie (owner of the homestay ) we feel like we are friends we call them sir and mam as a fun they are very chill.
Hospitality is too good, food was awesome, specially I am missing the tea. Behaviour is very friendly and polite. Room is large and maintained with a great view. As a hospitality professional I highly recommend this homestay from my side.
