Their services was good, but very old property and rooms are poor not well maintained.. Not worth a stay try some other.. if you have option.

The hotel was excellent and the staff were courteous; however, the rooms lacked an intercom facility, which forced us to use our personal phones to make calls. Unfortunately, calls to the reception or restaurant often went unanswered, so I would rate the room service 2 ⭐, although everything else was great.

The rooms shown on the website and in actual are very different. It's a very dusty musty unmaintained uncomfortable hotel. The food is substandard, they don't clean rooms, they don't provide towels. The rooms have no view. The lighting is pathetic. There is no AC or fans. DONT EVER STAY HERE.

I along with my family comprising 4 persons stayed in Room Nos. 204 and 212 respectively from 29 May to 1st June 2026. Although the rooms are spacious, however they lack some basic amenities which should be provided by any hotel without fail. Furthermore, we had a bitter experience with a certain staff member of the hotel which has been described below in detail. My grievance are :- 1. Absence of liquid handwash and exhaust fan in the toilet. Only one small soap bar was given which is not hygienic for multiple usage. 2. There is great difficulty in drying inner wears and towels in the absence of a fan. We had to carry our wet clothes back home. 3. In the absence of an intercom, the reception as well as the room service were hardly reachable in the given landline no owing to poor network and busy representatives. Many a times, I had to fetch drinking water from the restaurant on the ground floor all by myself. On 31st evening, the receptionist himself carried water to our room which I appreciate. 4. The rooms were not cleaned on 31st despite leaving the room keys in the reception and specifically requesting the staff to do the needful. 5. The man in the restaurant is peevish in nature and behaved rudely with us during the breakfast for which we didn't visit the restaurant for the second time. We will not be staying in this hotel again due to poor service.

Room service was practically nonexistent throughout my stay, and it was extremely difficult to order anything because the restaurant extension was always busy. Another major drawback is the absence of a lift. Guests staying on the upper floors, especially the third floor, have to climb multiple flights of stairs, which can be very inconvenient. Overall, the facilities and service quality were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel.

Worst hotel I have ever seen. Zero cleanliness, too bad hotel. Food is yuck. Kitchen is so disgusting that if you see it once, you will not eat food. And yet to add on this, no lift or elevators.

Extremely good location. Good and professional staff. Rooms are little small but plus point is location and service.

The hotel is near mall road approx 500 mtrs away from it. Hotel is old, rustic. Rooms are large( i stayed in family room). Breakfast took 2 hours after order. Lunch & dinner was not available. Bathroom has hot water facility. Rooms were clean. Locality is good.

Stayed at Hotel Muscatel Bhumsang for 2 days with family on holidays. Our stay was booked at alternate property Muscatel Fairmount but since our room was freshly painted and we complained about the unpleasant smell we were offered accomodation at this property. The property is located much farther from Mall road as compared to Fairmount. Property is very old and not maintained, no service, no operational kitchen. Even the room is not cleaned, dust found below sofa chairs, on window edges, toilet jet and other fittings lacking any basic cleaning. Even the matress is just basic foam without any supporting matress sort of arrangement. Sofa chairs have cushion which gets dislodge from its place when you sit or get up. TV is internet TV and most of the channels required subscription. The bed side table is too small to accomodate any thing except the tea kettle and cups, even the glass and cups neither covered or cleaned having stains. Towels given were even torn and worn out. No option to connect to reception for any requirement. The entrance is like a way out of the garage and doesn't at all look professional. Slippers kept in room for toilet is cut at the back as if anyone would run away with them, so poor mentality. Washroom looking mirror set on wall for 4ft person height. Sucking money for no value

Jab main yaha pucha es k bare main to ye log bola ra hei ki hamare naam pai fake hotel banaya hai. Aur woh log bole hum cyber crime main report kia hai. Na ye log mujhe koi cyber report ka copy dikhaye na ki google main hotel photo main koi complain ka notice ya warning hai. Bas janata aap log jabhi hotel book karenge jara sabdhan!!!!!!!
