আমি ও আমার মাসী গত 06.2.26 এবং 07.2.26 দুই রাত এহিল্লোরা গ্রুপের প্রণাম হোম স্টে তে ছিলাম। হোম স্টে টি খুব সাজানো গোছানো। রুম থেকে আকাশ পরিষ্কার থাকলে কাঞ্চন জঙ্ঘা দৃশ্যমান। পরিবেশ খুব নিরিবিলি, শান্ত। রিণা দিদি ও আন্টি আঙ্কেল একবারে আপন করে নিয়েছিলেন। মনেই হয়নি যে ওনাদের আগে থেকে আমরা চিনি না। রীনা দিদির গরম গরম স্বুস্বাদু খাবার পরিবেশন করছিলেন।। এবার আসি বুকিং এর কথায় গুগল থেকে নম্বর পেয়ে আমরা হিল্লোরা গ্রুপের সৌরভ ঘোষের সাথে যোগাযোগ করি। তিনি আমাদের যে টাকা অগ্রিম দিতে বলেন সেটা দিয়ে বুক করি। তারপর নিজে থেকে বিল পাঠাননি। বারবার ফোন করে বলতে বলতে বিল পাঠান। যাইহোক একজন অসুস্থ থাকায় আমরা তিনজনের জায়গায় দুজন গিয়ে হোম স্টে তে গিয়ে পৌছই। গিয়ে দেখি হোম স্টের ওনার রা আমরা যাব কিছুই যানেন না। আমি বিল দেখাতে ওনারা আমাদের রুম দেন ও খাবার বানিয়ে দেন।। আমি সৌরভ ঘোষকে বারংবার গাড়ির কনটেক্ট চাইলেও দিচ্ছি দেব করে দেননি। তারপর আমরা নিজে গাড়ী ঠিক করে যাই। বারবার ফোন করলে ফোন করলে ফোন ধরেননা। যিনি যেতে পারেননি তার অগ্রিম টাকা কিছু কেটে নিয়ে রিফান্ড অথবা অ্যডজাষ্ট করতেও রাজী হননি। প্রণাম হোম স্টে র খুব ভালো পরিষেবা হলেও হিল্লোরা গ্রুপের জন্য কাউকে রেকমেন্ড করার আগে ভাববেন কেননা ওনাদের ডিরেক্ট বুকিং ব্যবস্থা নেই।।

It provides cozy rooms with breathtaking views of Mount Kanchanjunga. It's also known for spacious rooms, hospitality, quality food and good stuff behaviour. A hill station with sinic beauty and attraction. Will visit again...

I recently stayed at this place with my family for three days, and the experience was truly wonderful. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious 😋. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a breathtaking view. It’s the perfect place to enjoy nature in peace and relax in a serene environment. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting here..

The room was very clean and comfortable . Amazing view from the homestay, above all very quiet which is important. I spent 4 days away from the noise of the city and I felt at home! I recommend to everyone!!

আমি এখানে কয়েকদিন থাকার সুযোগ পেয়েছিলাম, সত্যিই অভিজ্ঞতাটা অসাধারণ ছিল। 🏔️ রুমগুলো খুবই পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন ও আরামদায়ক। জানালা দিয়ে পাহাড় আর মেঘের দৃশ্য চোখে লেগে থাকে। 🌿✨ হোস্টরা অত্যন্ত আন্তরিক ও যত্নশীল, পরিবারের মতো ব্যবহার পেয়েছি। খাবারগুলো ঘরোয়া স্বাদের এবং অনেক টাটকা ছিল। 🍲 সবচেয়ে ভালো লেগেছে এখানকার শান্ত পরিবেশ আর সকালের কুয়াশায় ভেসে থাকা কাঞ্চনজঙ্ঘার দৃশ্য—যা এক কথায় অনবদ্য। 🌄 যারা শহরের কোলাহল থেকে দূরে গিয়ে একটু শান্তি খুঁজছেন, তাদের জন্য এই হোমস্টে একদম পারফেক্ট জায়গা। Highly recommended!

It was a good experience being there. The homestay is very cozy and beautiful. Owners are also very active. The food was also pretty good and homely. Rooms are clean and spacious too.

The owner's behaviour is good ,but there are no fans in the rooms, otherwise everything is fine.

Great food and accomodation but a little long journey to reach the place
