Hotel PP

Hotel PP in Lava, WB is deeply disappointing and requires immediate intervention. Room maintenance was frankly unacceptable: we endured fungal growth, a persistent musty smell, and flagrantly unhygienic, torn bedding. Subpar dining included cold, incomplete orders, and conditional hot water supply was a significant drawback, given the location. Furthermore, the paper-thin walls led to constant auditory intrusion (snoring and conversation). The property needs immediate and substantial overhaul before being fit for guests.

এই হোটেলে আমি ফ্যামিলি নিয়ে গেছিলাম। খুবই ভালো হোটেল, স্টাফদের ব্যবহার খুব ভালো এবং খাওয়া দাওয়াও খুবই সুন্দর, হোটেল রুম গুলো খুব ভালো এবং হোটেল থেকে ভিউ টাও খুব সুন্দর। সব মিলিয়ে খুবই ভালো লাগলো এই হোটেলে থেকে এবং পরবর্তীকালে আবার যখন কালিম্পং এ যাব তখন এই হোটেলেই থাকবো।

Good hotel. The view from room is just awesome. Service is good. Location is perfect. Lava moneshtry is in walking distance.
