Had an unplanned stay at Esti Kutum Farm Stay and it was a fantastic experience. Subham Da is a wonderful host, and his support staff, Subho and Surajit Da, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Beautiful property, great food, and unmatched hospitality. 10/10 recommended!

Unplanned but absolutely unforgettable! We ended up staying at Esti Kutum Farm Stay unexpectedly, and it turned out to be the absolute highlight of our trip. The location in Jhandi is serene and beautiful, but what truly makes this place special is the hospitality. The owner, Subham Da(Subham Poddar), is an incredible host—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A huge shoutout to the support staff, Subho and Surajit Da, who took amazing care of us. Their prompt service, smiling faces, and attention to detail made us feel right at home. If you are visiting Jhandi, this is the place to be. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!

ইষ্টিকুটুম হোমস্টেতে খুব ভালো লাগলো। এখানকার পরিবেশ বলতে একেক সময় একেক রকম কখনো রোদ,কখনো বৃষ্টি,কখনো মেঘ। আর এই হোমস্টের লোকেদের ব্যবহার খুব ভালো।

The property is situated in a magnificent location, offering breathtaking views of the Bhutan Hills, Darjeeling Hills, Nathula Pass region, and the majestic peaks of Kanchenjunga. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. All the staff members are courteous, humble, and highly attentive to guests’ needs. Special appreciation goes to the owner, Mr. Subham, whose polite nature, warm hospitality, and genuine care for guests make the experience truly memorable. The food served at the farm stay is exceptional, offering a variety of delicious and well-prepared dishes. The serene surroundings, excellent service, and stunning natural beauty create a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment. The ambiance is very good & affordable price. If u can come this location u stay easily the whole Day here with the romantic view. U also get your choiceable tasty food that's amazing 😍

I simply love this place. Esti Kutum is a hidden gem.

First of all Pls note Jhandi is a small & remote village situated 80km from Siliguri so called an offbeat location but surrounded by beautiful & serene natural environment like Mountains, Clouds & fresh air... A natural calm place away from the traditional crowded destination which will give you a peace of mind & heart for sure.. And Estim Kutum is located in one of the best location of Jhandi📍 Secondly the taste & variety of food served in & out of the package is remarkable... Generally we don't find typical bengali cuisine, tandoor items or Indo Chinese menu in a home stay.. But Esti Kutum has served me dishes like Chicken Chap, Grilled/Barbeque 🍢🍖🔥 Chicken, Fried rice & Chilli chicken in my 3 nights & 4 days of stay.. Breakfast taste is also remarkable.. You can see the owner himself drives the kitchen work on an adhoc basis as & when some special item is prepared.. Third point is sight seeing... There are many points to cover keeping Esti Kutum as the base.. Few exotic points are 📍Geetkhola River 📍 Nookdhara Lake 📍Gurbadara Monastery 📍Lava Pine 🌲 View Point Areas of Improvement : Cleanliness & renovation of Common dinning area & kitchen is much required.. I have discussed the same & given the feedback to the owner directly.. I got a positive reply & assurance from the owner stating - the Home stay is in an expansion mode & along with the expansion they will take care of the renovation of the Old set up... I hope I would cherish another remarkable holiday sooner or later in Esti Kutum for years to come. 😊

Very good service and enjoyed an amazing karaoke night. Food and behaviour of the staffs are very good. Location is wonderful. Very good experience and a must visit place for spending weekends.

It was a fantastic experience to be a part of guest here in Esti Kutum home Stay @ Jhandi. Couple of improvements are rooms should be Cleaner & water supply should be adequate for guests..

Its was a fantastic experience.but one suggestion room should be cleaner and water supply should be improve .
