The service and the rooms were great with great views

Good place to stay near mall. Rooms are specious with big balcony, breakfast is avergare, food is good. Staff response is average

I had a highly disappointing stay in the Premium King Room. For the price point, other hotels definitely have much better to offer. The Reception: Upon arrival, there were no greetings from the staff. They didn't even care to welcome us with a traditional khata. The Room: The room condition was very poor, appearing incredibly dull and dusty. The Food: For dinner, I ordered Chicken Kasa. To my surprise, it was a completely different preparation from the traditional Bengali recipe, which was very disappointing. The Amenities: Later at night, I tried to take a shower only to find there was absolutely no hot water. I had to wait for maintenance to come and fix the problem.Overall, the lack of hospitality and poor room maintenance made for a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this place at this price. Please avoid this property.

Location - good Service - pathetic they don't even respond to any queries, they will simple ignore you. Restaurant service - you have to ask multiple times then only they will serve experience this in bithe the breakfast buffet and at dinner time . Gym is claustrophobic. There are much better options try to avoid it also it's an old property. Don't go by their images.

We recently stayed here for a family trip and had a great experience. Our room was decent, clean, and came with a beautiful view. What made our stay even better was the hospitality. The manager, Dhrubo, was extremely supportive throughout our stay and took care of booking our local sightseeing tours seamlessly. We highly appreciate his efforts and would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family!

We booked a stay at Ramada by Wyndham for two days, but the hotel did not live up to our expectations at all. The building was very old and looked dirty from the outside, and the service was poor. The food was just average—nothing special. The only advantage of this hotel is that it is within walking distance of Mall Road. Only the rooms facing the Kanchenjunga view are spacious; the other rooms are cramped and small. Overall, the experience was not good😏

My experience at Ramada was exquisite as the staff members for instance Ms Rima,Ms Nima was kind,polite and compassionate.Futhermore,the property was spick and span. Moreover,I would recommend it to everyone who is planning to stay here in Darjeeling.

Really impressed by the staff and manager as well , had a very bad hotel in our package and came to manager at very last moment but he helped us out , really sweet of him to give us best room at last moment also , staff is educated and well behaved.. Food was amazing , Would recommend everyone to have a stay with such a good property and have fun
