It's a great homestay with wonderful view...You will be surrounded by peaceful nature. Home like bengali food of didi is awesome 😘 The only cons is that don't go for pool, we couldn't used it . Cause the swimming pool water is ful of algae (green like stuff). Otherwise all ok 👍🏻

The resort is located in a beautiful spot with stunning views all around. What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay memorable.

One of the worst place I have visited ever. Very poor food quality, if asked again for food dan it's finished, hair in food, excessive insect in dinning place and evn in room, entire night awake due to insect, zero maintenance of the property... extreme bad experience... Dey ask forcefully for good reviews... Nd video clip

I wish, they could maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Found hair in food for two consecutive days. Need to use pesticide spays for immense insects and caterpillars.

Location wise property is very good. But managing staff needs to be more Profesional. Quality of food is very poor . Food quality should improve. No choice of food available .And mainly rooms and dining area is full of Flys.. The only plus point is location and view.

Stunning views ruined by hostile management and poor service.While the location and views of this hotel are excellent, the management and staff are highly unprofessional and hostile.The lack basic training in hospitallity.The property was full, but the team seemed entirely incapable of handling a high volume of guests.Hilly regions naturally face utility challenges, but management should limit bookings to match their capacity. Instead, we were left without basic necessities like consistent water and electricity scarcity . To make matters worse, the staff was discourteous, food options were severely limited, and the kitchen practiced extreme portion control. I cannot recommend this hotel until service improves significantly.

Besides being a hotel it is a good view point also...and if I talk about the management; they're totally awesome they were gentle in behaviour and the manager was also helpful... they're available for all time and will help you anytime you want..the rooms were neat and clean food was also well cooked and served.. giving a 5 stars because it was WORTH IT!!! Wanna go there again ❤️
