Had a wonderful stay at Country Escape Homestay. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery, misty mountains and peaceful views. The balcony offers a stunning panoramic view of the hills, especially when the clouds and fog roll in—it feels like being above the clouds. 🌿⛰️☁️ The staff were extremely friendly, warm and welcoming, which made the stay even more comfortable. Their hospitality was genuinely heartwarming. The food was also excellent—fresh, tasty and satisfying, with a lovely homely feel. 🍛❤️ The peaceful atmosphere, fresh mountain air and beautiful surroundings make it a perfect place to escape from the hustle of city life. The evening view with the mountain lights is simply magical. 🌌✨ A great choice for anyone looking for peace, nature and a relaxing mountain experience. Would definitely love to visit again! Stayed there for a day. Beautiful experience. The view is so nice. Staff behaviour is very nice with a personal touch. Food is delicious and homely. Hoping to get a sight of a couple of leopards and black panthers next time 😅

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Wonderful Stay & Amazing Hospitality! I had a really wonderful experience staying here. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, and the overall environment was very comfortable. What truly stood out was the behaviour and hospitality of the staff. Everyone was extremely polite, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One incident especially made me appreciate this place even more. Around 3 AM, we suddenly faced a problem and I called Biswajit da. He answered the call at that hour and helped us as much as he possibly could. Not only Biswajit, but Somnath da and another dada from the team also supported us and genuinely tried their best to help. And a special mention to Somnath da — he is honestly an extraordinary person with an amazing character and heart. His behaviour, warmth and willingness to help really touched me. People like him are what make a stay memorable, beyond just having a clean room or a beautiful property. Overall, this was one of the best homestay experiences I have ever had. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, great hospitality and, most importantly, genuinely good people. Highly recommended! ❤️

## A Little Slice of Nature 🌿🦜 We stayed at this homestay on the 12th and 13th of August, as a group of four. And honestly, no matter how much I say about this place, it still feels like too little. The **location is undoubtedly the heart and soul of this homestay**. Tucked away in the lap of nature, it offers the kind of peace and quiet that feels increasingly rare these days. The hospitality was equally wonderful—warm, thoughtful and truly top-notch. And the food? Absolutely delicious. But the **real treasure of this place is Biswajit Da**. His knowledge of birds, wildlife and zoology is simply extraordinary. His field knowledge is so vast and fascinating that he could easily put even someone with a formal background in zoology to the test. Exploring the surroundings with him was an experience in itself. Every bird, every plant, every little detail of the wilderness suddenly seemed more meaningful through his eyes. The things he showed us and the stories he shared made the whole experience incredibly special. And then there is **Somnath Da and his food**—absolutely delightful! But what I will probably remember for years are those dinner conversations, accompanied by his unforgettable stories. Some evenings just stay with you forever. ❤️ Personally, after travelling to quite a few places, I can genuinely say that **this is one of the best homestay experiences I have ever had**. That said, this place may not be for everyone. If you are looking for loud music, chaos, dancing, singing and a lively, crowded atmosphere, this probably isn't your kind of place. But if what you seek is **two or three peaceful days in the lap of nature**, away from the noise of everyday life, surrounded by birds and wildlife, and if you are someone who finds joy in discovering different Ferns, Bryophytes and Gymnosperms—then this place is truly made for you. It was an excellent place to stay... A home away home. The experience of the stay including food & lodging was beyond words. And they always tried to make us feel special. The food was scrumptious. And the view and the peacefulness- we just stayed hours after hours beside the window. Mr. Shantanu always kept on assuring if everything was going good. Somnath Babu, Biswajit & Subham - they really need special mention. We would love to visit again.

One of the best homestays in Sittong! The service was excellent, and the hosts were incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming. The food quality was outstanding—every meal was delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Sittong.

Where do I even begin? I had the best experiences at Country Escape. And I am not exaggerating. The property is excellent, the people and staff were warm, friendly, kind and welcoming, the food was great. they arranged everything for me. at every moment they made sure my stay was comfortable and pleasing. although I went during the monsoon, so I could not get the view of the valley from the balcny, but man the weather, the mist, the clouds, the forests, the trails, the local people, the place, and the experience was nothing short of magical. I am truly grateful to country escape for hosting me. Thank you everyone. I will most certainly be visiting again, when the weather is better and the views are clearer.

Had an amazing stay (26 June,36-28 june,26)at Country Escape, Sittong! The mountain view is breathtaking, the food is delicious, and the hospitality is exceptional. The manager and cook were extremely caring and welcoming. Special thanks to Shubham, a very sweet and helpful guy, and Biswajit Da, who made our stay truly awesome with his warm behavior. This was one of the best homestays we have ever visited. Surrounded by tea gardens and lush forest, it felt like living in the middle of a jungle. The most exciting part was the trek-like route to reach the homestay, which made the journey even more memorable. The breathtaking views, warm hospitality, and delicious Bengali food made our stay truly special. It was a peaceful, adventurous, and unforgettable experience that we would love to experience again.

A must visit Homestay for wildlife photographers and Nature lovers. We stayed for 3 nights. 10th June to 13th June 2026. The stay was just awesome. The behaviour of Somnath da, Biswajit and Sanyashi was really good. They felt us like home. In the evening we sat in the drawing room and chatted like known people. They were very friendly and helpfull. The food was delicious and not monotonous. View from the rooms and common balcony is awesome. The surrounding is serene. The sound u can listen is only different types of birds' calling. And the Hide made by Biswajit who is also a wildlife photographer and a naturalist is great. Sitting there and watching different types of mammals and birds was an incredible experience. You don't realize how fast time goes . If U want to spend time in the nature and feel the nature , then this is the right homestay for you.
