Kalimpong Bungalow

Located in the midst of nature ,away from the bustling noise , this property is a serene escapade. The cottages remind one of living in Jane Austen ‘s novels. They also have a forest walk if one is adventurous enough to explore. The views are spectacular and one cannot get enough of it . My gallery is filled with some beautiful snaps from my recent trip with my parents. Also, the staff and their service is immaculate. Must try the Nepali thali , it’s the local delectable, wholesome meal and don’t forget to say hi to Kanchi

Enjoyed the authenic feeling, local feel of the culture, in food, ambience and esthetics. The staff were hospitable and warm. The overall ambience is so breath taking and given one the opportunity to breath afresh and unwind in more ways than one. Beyond value for money.

It was one of my favourite vacation I ever had. It is very difficult to put it in words to describe the beauty. You will be amidst nature. The staff is very helpful and always at your service. Food is amazing. We had booked a car from the hotel and the driver was very good explaining the whole journey. Overall my experience in this place is overwhelmingly good and would love to come back again and again.

The best experience in the lap of mountains and lush green view. The view is excellent, something beyond imagination in a property like this in the mountains. The staff is caring, they treat everyone as their guests, no compromise in that.Food and delicasies are authentic. The car we booked for touring in Kalimpong from the hotel gave us a wholesome experience of the mountains. The best part, for the dog lovers is Kanchi,a dog who stays in the property and manages the place in her own way. Staying here, turned our trip into the best mountain trip.

Though I am not that expressive!! But truly amazed by the ambience, hospitality,food, scenic beauty... Can't get over the beautiful experience I had. You should go there once and I am quite sure you will come again and again. Trust me. You will find best peaceful, overwhelming travel experience.

I recently stayed here with my family and came away feeling completely rejuvenated. ​The highlight of the entire experience was simply sitting out by nature. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful, and just spending time soaking in the natural beauty and fresh air completely refreshes your mind and soul. It is the definition of a perfect, calm staycation. ​What made our stay even more memorable was the exceptional hospitality. The staff was incredibly attentive, and the Manager, Mr. Abhishek, was there to assist us all the time. Whether it was ensuring our comfort or taking care of the little details, their constant support made us feel completely at home. ​I had an amazing time and a truly wonderful experience overall. If you are looking for a quiet, serene retreat to recharge your batteries, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Such a beautiful location and staff looked after all my requests. Yummy Thali and my shadow Dog Francee( hope I have spelt her right) and beautiful birds chirping and sitting outside my balcony as I fed them some seeds n puffed rice .. a must visit to kalingpong and stay longer to enjoy the surroundings and the hidden gem 👍🏽👌🏼

It is a dream place. Calm and quite. Very very beautiful property. Highly recommended for quality vacation. Well groomed staff and extremely customer friendly. All the best Keep it up.

Positive Areas- ​Location: I actually liked the location of the stay which is a bit offbeat and if u just want a leisure trip with not much of activity, it's a great stay. The staffs are really good and the manager also is a good human being and extremely helpful. Through him we experienced some unique sightseeing. Specially one top of the hill viewpoint near Army controlled area, the oldest Monastry in Kalimpong and the Mangal Dham.. ​Areas for Improvement- ​Food Quality, quantity, taste and pricing: The food was PRETTY EXPENSIVE and was mostly bland except a few dishes like Pancake, Puri Sabzi and Egg Curry. The Nepali thali was decent. The pricing is actually pinching the pocket more because of the quality and quantity of the food served. I feel it's more suited for westerners who mostly like bland food and we actually saw many westerners staying in the property. ​Suggestions: FOOD can improve and the pricing too, as there are not many restaurants around, they should be able to provide good food at a more reasonable price for the guests.

Delightful in every way. Spacious clean and comfortable rooms in a beautiful garden setting with stunning views from the room and balcony.

Nothing to say more about the bunglow. What a beautiful place it is ! Very calm and quiet and surrounded by nature.Inside the crowded locality it is isolated from everything. All the staff of this property wers always helpful and tried to serve their best to satisfy us. Special thanks to Manager Abhishek who always try to satisfy ourselves via online and personally in our physical presence there. What a young guy! He was always tried to contact with my wife and tried his best to satisfy all her queries.What a personality!!! Though he is an employee but as per personal touch with my wife he is very affectionate to my wife and also to me. He is good human being undoubtedly. Tapan the another staff of this property was always to fulfill our minimum requirements. Very careful. Samuel who has completed his education was also interesting. Very handsome. And smiling guy. I was attracted with the master chef. I had a long conversation with him about his life.I was very much pleased with the conversation with him. Always smiling. He is a great personality indeed. It is to tell the truth that all my experiences are from my trust,morality and reality about KALIMPONG bunglow not about amenities, facilities, services but also as a just human being who was in touch of all in all respects. Simply wonderful! This was one of my most comfortable stays in a long time and the view was to die for. The staff was really friendly and the doggos were a bonus! Highly recommended, especially for those looking for peace and quiet in nature, away from the city's hustle and bustle.

One of the best pet friendly hotel i have come across... And there hospitality and service is top notch ... You get such a beautiful view from the property from your own balcony...and the property is so huge that it's ample room for your pets to play ... And the best thing they provide all this facility at such a reasonable price

We stayed at Kalimpong Bungalow for five days, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we’ve experienced. The property is surrounded by stunning flowers and lush trees. There’s even a lovely forest trail nearby for peaceful walks, which made our stay even more special. The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely sweet. A special mention to the chef — the food was absolutely outstanding! The Nepali Thali and the dal were easily some of the best I’ve had. We had such a wonderful time here and would highly recommend Kalimpong Bungalow to anyone visiting Kalimpong. P.S. There’s an indie dog named Kanchi who completely stole our hearts. He’s one of the sweetest dogs you’ll ever meet! If you’re a dog lover, this is an added bonus — and if you’re not, Kanchi might just convert you!!!
