The experience in the Planter's Heritage in Darjeeling was very good and smooth. The entire staff and the hotel management led by Shri Surajit Maity were very supportive in making our stay pleasant and hassle free. The welcome at the reception by Mr Prabhakar and team was memorable. The tea- tasting sessions at the Sun-deck with exquisite Darjeeling Second Flush tea , managed professionally by Ashnath Rai, F&B team is worth-mentioning. The excellent dining area where Shri Vijay (in-charge F&B) and the team paid attention to customize the menu was simply great.

Stay was really nice. We really had good time. Staff was really good we enjoyed our breakfast specially. Ashnath,Rahul,Muskan were really nice and humble they made sure we had the best breakfast.

Vijay’s so courteous at the breakfast. Ashnath at tasting. Service of all were over and beyond.

Nice place to stay, clean and beautiful rooms along with a great view of kanchanjunga mountains. The food was great. all thanks to chef Vijay for an amazing food. Only issue we faced was WiFi. Connectivity was not working at all. May be due to weather

We stayed here was 3 nights 4 days and service was excellent. Sprcial shout out to Ashnath ,Dipankar, Muskan and Rahul for taking good care of us. Rooms were cozy with 24 hours warm water supply. We have our 4 months baby and his special needs were taken care of. Only thing is room lacked ac or fan which were not needed during our stay in July. But it would be reassuring to have these in peak summer season. All in all a great stay with wonderful memories.

It was really a nice stay over there. We selected a mountain view room but due to rainy weather we failed to have that view. Rooms are really good and cozy. Location is in the first row. Will positively recommend.

We were quite sceptical about choosing our stay because we had a 5 month old kid but finally we chose Planters and I can say it was a perfect decision. All the staffs were quite friendly and helpful specially Ashnath . Highly recommended.

We had gone for a family vacation with 30 pax, from check in till check out our stay was super comfortable. The food was very good and the chef personally took care of our requirements. The front office staffs, house keeping staffs, the room service staffs all were very courteous and helpful. Had an amazing stay for 3 nights. A big thanks to Mr. Subir Brahma (manager) for being so flexible, attentive and helpful to make our stay a memorable one.
