The experience was very very good. Staffs were polite. Food was great and the most importantly the view from the hotel was magnificent. Will visit again.

Had an absolutely fantastic experience booking of hotel. From our very first inquiry, the team was incredibly professional and actually listened to what we wanted. The hotel is excellent, Room & Food was outsanding. Location was just amazing. You want a completely stress-free holiday, I highly recommend them!

We came as guests, but we left feeling like family. We are already planning our next stay.

The experience was so worst that I would recommend not to visit here. The facilities didn't meet upto expectations promised by mr. sanyal. You will be promised that you would be provided everything. It's an absolute scam. So much of insects that you won't be able to stay in the room properly. The food provided were so downgraded. It was a lazy work. In the breakfast they provided bread jam just to avoid hard work. That sanyal guy promised he would provide 6 seater, instead we got 4 seater car which was not properly eligible for going through mountains. He asked for full money like he was so obsessed but provided third class service. If you book here, they would only care about the money. They won't care about your journey. Don't blindly believe the rating( which is 4.6 currently) . Most of these are paid reviews or promotions.

I stayed with my family here for one day. But my experience was little scary and horrible.Its my request to everyone not to believe the paid reviews and promotions .Rooms were very small .You will have mesmerizing view from Balcony of the rooms which is the only possitive thing about this property. But after Sunset you will not be able to sit in the balcony as 100s of insects will cover the entire sitting area in the balcony and will enter your room also. I have added a video as a proof of my review. Stairs towards the rooms were very narrow and steep so it was little risky to carry my 4 yrs old baby.so suggest if u have children and old age person with u, do not stay in this hotel . No doubt the care taker was very polite and prompt but this will not cover up all the negative things about this property.

We are disappointed with our stay at this homestay. The room service was very poor and not up to the expected standard. The bed sheets and pillow covers were old, unattractive, and appeared unclean, which made the stay uncomfortable. I hope the management will take immediate steps to improve room service and maintain better cleanliness and quality of bedding for future guests.

I had an incredibly disappointing stay at this homestay and would absolutely not recommend it to anyone. Awful Check-in & Cleanliness:- When I arrived, my room was not ready. I was forced to wait for 3 hours just for them to clean it. This is completely unacceptable after a long journey. Horrible Food Quality: I had 4 meals here, and every single one of them was bad. To make matters worse, management never even bothered to ask how the food or the stay was and they are charging extra money for the snacks which I already paid in the package,so many hidden charges they are taking when you will do the checkout,They simply do not care about their guests' experience. Unprofessional Staff: The behavior of the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. There is zero hospitality or basic respect here,and one guy is there he is drank every time he is taking the responsibility of welcoming the guests no respect at all Save your money and peace of mind—look for somewhere else to stay. This place is not worth it. who is the owner of this homestay make a proper management your homestay location is so good make a proper management it will be worth it👍🏻

I went to Kurseong with my friends,we booked rooms through travel agency,but what picture they have shared us those rooms are really very beautiful neat & clean but after reaching the hotel when we saw rooms those are very dirty,they know guests are coming but they didn't prepare the room,after reaching there we wait there for 4 hours we requested them to clean the room more than 10 time ,then they cleaned,but they have not changed bedsheets ,dustbin covers..no room service they provided,we have to ask every time for breakfast,lunch & snacks although those things are included in our package even when we going for check out they given us a bill amount for tea,cofee & snacks which are non chargeable!! I was very disappointed..this is my worst experience..I recommend to everybody please don't go there if you see only instagram & Google picture bcz the pictures are 2 years old..room cleaning service also not there..staffs are drunk all the time, they are not listening whatever we are asking..
