What a place, just unimaginable. The balcony of executive rooms, the night with drizzle, the sky and whispering of hills— a lifetime achievement I think. The behaviour of manager including all staff was very warm and cordial. Foods were too delicious to eat. A must go place I would refer. See you Cloud Villa once again, wait for me, wait with all of your hospitality and ambience.

Service is very poor but the food quality is also very very poor. Only the good thing is the property has nice view at the outskirts and room feels luxurious. If you plan to visit dont take food option. Go outside for the food.

Place is excellent, room are luxurious but the food is worst nightmare, they dont know how to cook food, you will definitely feel like you are eating jail food. And also they dont have first aid kit in there property. And the manager has lots of attitude if you say complain them for food.

Here the managing staffs are very bad,the manager was very rude and lack of professionalism...they don't have minimum courtesy and decencecy. Even they give us lunch at 4pm and behave very rudely with us.

For the first timer it is very difficult to identify the place as no sign board or direction boards are provided, also closed monitoring and buy maintenance is required. But the staff is very friendly and supporting. Good hospitality. Enjoyed the stay. Homely food value for money. Parking available.

I stayed in a duplex room at Cloud Villa for a day, but the rooms were in terrible condition—the paint was peeling, and there was no maintenance. The entire room was infested with insects and cobwebs. They hadn't even changed the bedsheets or pillowcover. There was a lack of staff, and the rooms were in a very bad state. The food quality and the dining area were also poor. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Cloud Villa❌ Haunted Villa ✅ The room is not good. Full of insects. There are spider webs all around. The door is not good, it cannot be closed properly. The curtains are white in colour, so everything inside the room can be seen from outside. There is no safety. Very bad service. They charge so much money from people but their service and food are not good at all. What is worse is that we were 6 friends, we had a horrible experience. None of us could sleep that night.

Avoiding going on cloudy or foggy time....over the place is good

I've been here many times and I love everything about this homestay. This place is so peaceful, Birds chanting, Clouds entering inside room, I've also seen Deer form the Balcony and obviously, A beautiful view is always there during sunny days. Staffs behaviour are also very good and they serve a delicious food. Overall, this is the best homestay in Sittong.

Who ever made this property, he made it good, but there is no maintenance, neither enough staff or cook present. Price much higher compare to other property. This property took 1800 per percent per night. Compare to this rate service and food Was disgusting. There is no maintenance in this property, no generator back up, Their head office gives false information to get the Booking. There is insect all over the rooms, spiders falling from the roof, Leeches, controlling up my daughters leg in the toilet. I am very disappointed with this property.
