I absolutely loved staying at Ksemya. What really stood out to me was the host Tanny- she’s accessible during the day, incredibly patient, and genuinely takes the time to listen and help with anything you need. The space is beautiful and so open, you can really breathe here. Yes, it is a little away from the main town, but honestly, that’s exactly what makes it special. It’s quiet, peaceful, and feels like a much needed escape. Waking up to those wide windows with views of the tea gardens… that was my favourite part. After the chaos of city life, this is exactly the kind of calm i needed. I would definitely recommend Ksemya if you’re looking for something peaceful and serene.

Stayed at this beautiful homestay tucked away in the serene hills of Darjeeling, and it was truly a delightful experience. The view is absolutely breathtaking . The place itself is spotless, cozy, and very well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. What made the stay even more memorable was the host — incredibly warm, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her hospitality really added a personal touch that you don’t often find. Highly recommend this peaceful little getaway to anyone looking to relax and soak in nature’s beauty!

The stay is one of the best finds in Darjeeling with breathtaking scenery and valley view . The city looks stunning at night time and it’s also just 2-3 kms away from main town. The host is very friendly and helpful and she helped us a lot with finding hidden gems of Darjeeling. It’s a must visit place if you are in Darjeeling.

The host provided exceptional hospitality and assistance, including arranging our return transportation. The apartment was clean, conveniently located, and situated in a secure area. Furthermore, the host offered valuable recommendations for local attractions, which significantly enhanced our experience. I would highly recommend this property for those seeking a tranquil, secure, and accessible location.

Very poor quality! Significantlys Described! Host was not attentive! Very overpriced! Not properly managed! Please do not book this place! Don’t trust these pictures! Specially water was limited and while booking they informed that food would be available we can order but there was no food less water for seven people!

Absolutely loved our stay. We were 3 couples, and we enjoyed our time thoroughly. The view from the drawing room and dining space was absolutely breathtaking. The kitchen was so pretty that we willingly chose to cook. It was a relaxing tour for us, and the views made it more relaxing. The location of the stay is little far from the Mall road, but you can take car to reach mall in no time. The host Tanny is absolutely lovely, she is very polite and courteous. There's also a woman called Deepa who cleans up, and provide every services to the guests, as a result you can stay at Ksmeya home comfortably. However, from the parking to the homestay there's a hilly road which you need to cross by walking, because cars generally don't enter the narrow street. Therefore if you have older people in your family, and people who might not walk much, you should look for other stays.

Well the homestay owner is a really nice helpful lady, like she is there for anything and everything and at anytime. However being nice and helpful is one thing, and not having proper basic facilities at the homestay is another thing! First of all the location of the homestay is very bad, as it is located pretty downhill, where it is very difficult for the cars to reach, though with some effort, you can walk and reach. Another worst thing about the location is open drainage and strong stench coming out of it...this is the last thing you want on your vacation.. The inside views are exactly how it is shown in the pictures and are really good, kitchen and home are well equipped. Regular housekeeping is performed. The big trouble started, when we found the toilets to be in very bad condition, like one of the toilet seats was completely broken and in severe dilapidated state(100 year old may be), this turned out to be such a spoiler other toilet had a commode seat as small as to accommodate children (dunno how people call such things good). So as we complained about the condition of the toilet, the owner was gracious enough to get the toilet seat changed with a brand new one during our stay(on my request of course), which was a catch 22 situation, as we wanted a good toilet but not when we have checked in(would have been much appreciated if she could have gotten things rectified before guests arrived ) All this caused us a great deal of discomfort, which hopefully you will understand Tanny and take it as a feedback. Our Darjeeling stay was not as enjoyable as we would have wanted it to be, with difficulty ranging from noisy bedroom, old broken toilet seats, bad smell, difficulty in getting taxis...phew!!!

We had a brief but memorable stay at Ksemya Home (4 days and 3 days). The ambience was quiet and peaceful. Excellent home cooked food was punctually and cleanly served. The cab provided (Innova) was comfortable and reasonably priced. The driver was excellent and doubled as our local tour guide. Very courteous and attentive host who saw to our every need. Shall definitely revisit Ksemya Home and recommend their services to lots of friends and acquaintances. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property nestled in the heart of the hill station! The location is absolutely perfect – surrounded by lush greenery and offering breathtaking views of the mountains. Every morning, we woke up to the misty hills and the sound of birds chirping – truly peaceful. The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The hosts made sure everything we needed was provided, from extra blankets to a well-stocked kitchen, and the large windows gave us a stunning panoramic view of the valley If you’re looking for a serene and relaxing retreat with all the comforts of home, this is the place! Highly recommended for anyone wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

The stay was cozy with the beautiful location of the mountain from the hall and bedroom. Initially while booking we were looking for a home stay with 3 bedrooms and we found this place because we were 3 couples with 6 members, it was an amazing 2 days stay at this place, there is a kitchen included which helped us to have snacks and hot tea. Though we have maps to reach this location is a bit tricky because of the Darjeeling roads. The staff was cooperative with everything, which made our trip more beautiful. Overall a beautiful place with a beautiful location.
