Had an amazing stay at Blue Orchid Premium Home Stay! The rooms were clean, cozy, and well maintained with a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff was extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more special. Their hospitality and service were truly excellent. Good hotel, with child entertainment, best for vlogging, Total 8 rooms. Also child friendly. There are very limited staffs including staff ADARSH. But they were too friendly to us. Best hotel in Kalimpong

Every corner of the property is kept impeccably clean and tidy, creating a warm, "home away from home" feeling that is hard to find. The hospitality here is truly exceptional. The staff are some of the most humble, helpful, and friendly people we have met, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort—including arranging a reliable driver for our local sightseeing during our two-day stay. While the area occasionally experiences brief power cuts, the homestay is well-prepared with consistent hot water and backup power most of the time. One of the standout features is the dual dining setup. While the indoor space is lovely, the garden dining area is a must-visit; enjoying a meal there while overlooking the sweeping, majestic views of the hills is an unforgettable experience. Speaking of meals, the food quality is top-notch. Though it is a little pricy, the taste more than justifies the cost. We highly recommend: * Butter Chicken Masala & Butter Roti: Rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned. * Sweet Corn Chicken Soup: A comforting and flavorful starter. * Hakka Egg Noodles & Chicken Manchurian: A delicious take on classic Indo-Chinese. * Chicken Pakoras: The perfect crispy snack for a chilly mountain evening. A thoughtful touch that we especially appreciated was the entertainment. They provide guests with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hotstar. This was perfect for our nights when we were resting; having a wide variety of movies to choose from made our evenings much more enjoyable since there isn't much to do outside after dark. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with heart-winning service, modern comforts, and delicious food in Kalimpong, Blue Orchid Homestay is a beautiful choice.

Pls don't trust on the photo the rooms are clean but very tiny no water force.very little water to take bath very pathetic

Starting with location Location _= situated at top where you can view mountains and scene but the approach road to hotel is very very very dangerous..a little mistake and you will fall in valley. All our tourist drivers scolded us for bringing them to a risky location ..one side car tyre goes up. That risky and steep road. Then we entered to our Room Room _= very very small and compact as shown in pitcures..they said it is vip room 3ppl can accomodate..and upon reaching there i should warn you sufficient for a person only..max 2.. not at all for 3.. very tiny room The water in tap and bathroom was so sloww..if you need hot water it's just like 2 3 drops of water u get. And you wouldn't want to wet ua hands in cold water in 2 3 degree Celsius. Horrible experience in room.. Room was clean.but they charged us for heater..and breakfast extra as well..while booking they clearly mentioned breakfast included in package.. at last day they said no breakfast is chargeable..we argued back. Fooding _= breakfast was very very limited.. hardly 2 fruits and they start breakfast at 8.30am..before vooking they do all fake promises stating that we serve by 8am sharp ... infact they wouldn't even houskeeping service any calls before 8.30am. Hardly 2 fruits..chole puri and poha and one egg at a time. When asked 2 eggs they denied serving. And bread toast as well.. if you do not wish to eat puri and poha then there is no other breakfast left..not even aloo paratha. There are no water bottles in room..they have ro water...in their glass bottle Room service... highly highly pathetic..they don't provide toothpaste tooth brush..when informed earlier that too they did not get get.. some used slippers they keep in room .ask them anything they will get after half n hour.. and they keep charging for every small thing. Bed mattress as well.they take charges for extra person in room but they cannot accomodqte and if they can theu ssqeeze u in room and then they charge for bed mattress. Such conjustef area..and exhaust in washroom doesn't work well.u need to keep windows open else always washroom stinks. And the person in counter..kept lying..they say extravagant stuff to book hotel and then it turns out opposite.. also the 5 star reviews we saw before booking hotel it's all the owner's friends we guess..the dining room is soo uncomfortable.. they have no window and all..and cold breeeze due to which food gets cold instantly.. and we aren't even comfortable due to chilling weather..atleast keep glass window.

We went there on New Year’s Eve and the service was just impeccable. All staffs were very friendly especially the chef SHUBHAM. he is a good singer and guitarist. He cooked delicious food and played melodious songs. The Manager was all through on his toes and always available to gurantee the best services at all times.

Beautiful interior and the sitting area is very peaceful, Rooms are good, services are well but you have to order in time otherwise no food once the kitchen is closed and thea is no adjustments, location is in a peaceful place i would say is a plus.

We had a great time there. The rooms, services and hospitality is so good I can't explain. And the food was very good not highly fried or very oily. There was just a parking problem, if you are a new driver just make sure you bring a driver who knows how to climb stiff roads. The entry and out of the homestay is a bit of a problem, but other than that everything was very good.

A wonderful home away from home. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Food was nice and fresh. Very coperative staff team.

It's a home where you can stay peacefully.

Great ambience with touch of Oriental and western; yummy food and warm hospitality by the entire team starting from the reception; room service; and the restaurant staff. We enjoyed the golden hindi songs sung to perfection by their staff while we were taking evening refreshments. To sum up; it is a unforgettable experience.

They even went out of their way to let us use their refrigerator to store my mom’s insulin, which we deeply appreciated. This thoughtful gesture really stood out and showed how genuinely they care for their guests. A special mention to the chef, who not only cooked delicious, homely breakfast and dinner for us but also made our evenings extra special by singing and playing the guitar – a truly unique experience we’ll never forget. Very good place to stay in kalimpong. Rooms are really nice and clean. Food is also good. Specially they had arranged barbeque of fresh vegetables and chicken. It was altogether a heavenly feeling when a young singer presented beautiful songs amist the green. Thanks to all stuffs they were amazing and soft spoken.
