Cancelled booking without any proper communication. Got to know that they can't accommodate after reaching there. No msg, no calls, yet had the audacity to claim they had informed. Did not co-operate at all. The worst kind of service I've ever seen. Do your booking at your own risk, if you're willing to roam around with heavy trolles in the hills. Also it's quite far from Mall road. Very unprofessional, do not recommend.

The absolute worst worst worst. Never book them. I had a booking through Agoda but they denied check in. I had to roam around with heavy trolley when it was raining, no responsibility no accountability, didn't even bother to interact or inform. The absolute worst service I've ever seen in my entire life, never ever book them
