Deoja Forest Stay ,Darjeeling

Excellent place to stay. The stay is located in a very practical location and you beat the traffic before it stars. Major attractions hardly 4-5 kms from here. The host Mr. Deoja, very helpful and very informative and most of all very warm. Special shoutout to Roman (operations handler) he's the smoothest and will get you anything you might need. Will surely visit again.

I stayed at Deoja forest stay with my family few days back. They have some beautiful stone lodges that are crafted with local made decorations. The rooms were clean and warm even in mid-January, the staffs were very helpful, the food was delicious and the overall vibe was very inviting. I would give it a 5 *

I spent 5 days here and really enjoyed my time here. Mr Pravesh, the hotel manager, looked after me very well and organized some activities in and around Darjeeling and arranged an individual tour for me. the service from the staff was also very good. I enjoyed the food very much. I got the chance to try traditional Nepalese and Tibetan dishes. I can recommend Deoja Forest Stay to anyone coming to Darjeeling and surrounding areas.

I recently went to doeja forest stay darjeeling. And there service is really really good service and i really enjoying with them a lot .And parvesh was our mentor and he really a good person. I genuinely recommend you to visit them

The owner has a wonderful taste in materials and is extremely kind and helpful — they truly made our anniversary memorable. The place is cozy and surrounded by nature. If you love staying near Darjeeling in a peaceful, homely environment, you should definitely give it a try. The food was amazing, and the barbecue is a must-try! The owner and all the staff members are very cooperative, especially Raman and Manoj, they helped us in every possible way from getting a local cab to Darjeeling to Getting a cab towards Sikkim.

I highly recommend these quiet cottages on the outskirts of the bustling city. The host was very helpful in organizing my stay in India, and I could count on him even after my stay at Deoja Forest Stay ended.

Spent a night here with friends for a birthday, but the experience was disappointing. The service was poor, they didn’t allow music after 10 PM, and the food was overpriced. Definitely not worth the cost.

A very nice place surrounded by greenery, cottages have an amazing view. A special thanks to Mr. Deoja for guiding us whenever needed and Mr. Roman for catering to all our needs. I would suggest to book this place only if you are physically fit, if not then the steps to reach the cottages can be challenging.

IT WAS SO GREAT EXPERIENCE. LITERALLY THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL AND SERVICES ARE SO GOOD. IN THE EVENING TIME WE ENJOYED SO MUCH WITH THE BONE FIRE & SNACKS. ROOMS NEED LITTLE RENOVATION. THANKS DEOJA TEAM.

Nice place but not same as pictures..Service system is good... Washroom is clean but not good...It gives beautiful natural viewbut their food quality should be improved

Hospitality is very nice , every staffs are well behaved & you'll get a homely feeling. Uttam is a great cook . If you are a nature lover you'll enjoy here specially in monsoon,view is breathtaking,but do not expect five star hotel like rooms or bathroom. The space is limited for walking or roaming which I didn't like . Overall it was a good experience 🩷
