Sinclairs Darjeeling

This hotel is on steep hill from Mall road but the view of Kachenjunga is awesome. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. We stayed earlier also was satisfied. So we stayed again this time. The staffs are very cooperative. The breakfast were great and they changed their menu every day. The washroom was very good but have less water pressure.

Rooms are good and well maintained. Staff behavior is cordial and friendly. Food is good. Kanchenjunga view is awesome from balcony. They provide RO water in glass bottles for drinking purposes, which are not properly cleaned and bottle lids are sometimes found oily.

Not very good experience

Hotel is nice. Food was good by price was high. Most pathetic was it's location. U have to climb a lot of distance frm main road. Rooms are clean food was good but the way to reach the destination is too high 📈.

The reception staff (Pragya and team) was excellent and prompt to act on requests. The kitchen food was really nice. All cafeteria staff were welcoming.

Average hotel, polite and coordial staff. Taste of food is good. Walkable Location from mall road.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money ...

The restaurant and staff was nice, but the stay is average.

Rooms were too small. Very congested. Staff is good. But Kalimpong Sinclairs is cheaper and far better to stay in. More space and better views. This one doesn't have any view from the room. You are to go to a balcony and get the mountain view.

My wife and I, both seniors, stayed at the Sinclairs, Darjeeling from the 23rd of May to 28th May, 2026. The booking was made directly via the hotel website and I chose the Deluxe room. Though we were given a bad room on check-in, upon my complaint the management engaged with us immediately and moved us to a beautiful room with a view of the mountains the next day and we were lucky enough to view the Kanchenjunga from our room. Thereafter we were treated by the hotel staff like royalty which made our stay absolutely memorable. The hotel is nicely located within walking distance from the busy mall road. The only issue is the steep road that leads up to the hotel but they send a car over to pick you at the bottom if you call. Breakfast spread is reasonably good, cleanliness is high but the best part is the quality of their services - absolutely marvelous! We would definitely be back.

Excellent stay at Sinclairs Darjeeling

The hotel is good location wise, staffs were pretty nice. I found the rooms to be less specious and there is no air conditioner in yhe hotel.

We were staying at this property for a few days during March. It has a great location. 5 mins walking from Mall road and from the viewing balcony you can see the mighty Kanchenjunga mountain on a clear morning. The rooms are well appointed, staff is very helpful and comfortable on cold days. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.
