location was very good from where we can see Kanchenjunga very clearly and staffs were very polite and helpful!!

Had a wonderful stay for 2 nights ,Rooms were neat and clean and the food was Delicious. And the staff were also polite and helpful.

Location excellent. Good view of kanchenjunga. Rooms very small but good amenities and service. Does not have an in-house restaurant.

Rooms are very old and literally almost no space to keep 2 trolleys in there. I went there to see the rooms are worth 3500/- or not but oh my god they are charging 3500/- for a room which is not even perfect for 2 people. Single 1 person would find difficulties to roam around. Also the interior was old need maintenance ASAP. Please let the owner know about it and maintain the property and then people can go and stay there.

The experience was really good in here. Kanchenjunga is visible from the window. The service is really great, especially their behaviour. Rooms are also very aesthetic and classy.

Room was not so clean and quite small bathroom. But the staffs were very cordial.

Bathrooms have to be cleaner. It is not clean at all for the price and the brand value muscatel carries. Reception staff needs to be more polite . Overall service is good. We took the attic room, although the room was very small, the view was good.

Had a wonderful stay with Muscatel Nirvana mall Road .Staff were very Cordinating ad well behaved , Food was very tasty and Property has their Common Balcony.

Have stayed here in 2019.This hotel was good back then.So had booked for our October 2025 trip again.Only plus point is the view.Rooms are dirty,full of dust.Bed sheets and blankets are torn.Towels are full of marks.Kitchen remains closed most of the time.Because of Durga Puja, staffs were on leave,that is the hotel's excuse.So,why take the booking in the 1st place,when the hotel is understaffed?Please do not book this hotel if anybody is paying for a 3 star hotel in Darjeeling.Really disappointing.

Strong hospitality kitchen manager lady specially showed very warm hospitality served with wasome breakfast very tasty food room was upgraded to mountain view where I could take breaktaking beauty of Kanchenjunga room was clean and tidy altogether awsome experience thanks to entire MuskatelNirvana
