It's a amazing place.A phenomenal place to be in silence with nature. Really great feeling and everyone's behaviour is very good.

Excellent location and very good hospitality. Rooms are well maintained. Pure home made organic food. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly and would like to come back again. This a pure off-beat location and highly recommended for nature lovers

কিছুই নেই এখানে।শপিং মল নেই,পিচ ঢালা মসৃণ সড়ক নেই,মনাস্টেরি নেই,বৈভব নেই,নেই কোনও সাজানো বাগান।আছে অপার শান্তি,নানারকম চেনা,অচেনা পাখির কলকাকলি,অজস্র রংবেরঙের ফুল,খামারের সব্জি,দুধেল গাই,মুরগি আর তাদের ছোট্ট ছানারা।আর আছে চারদিক জুড়ে পাহাড়।কান পাতলে শোনা যায় অবিরাম নেমে আসা 'শতদলঝর্ণা'র ধ্বনি। লিঙ্গসেখা খাসমহল তথা লিবঙের কথা বলছি।একটিই ফার্ম স্টে এখানে এখনও অব্দি,অল্প কিছুকাল বয়স তার।তিনটি ঘর,সংলগ্ন স্নানঘর সহ।টানা লম্বা বারান্দা।সে বারান্দার এক কোণ থেকে কাঞ্চনজঙ্ঘা দেখা যায়,যদিও আমাদের কপালে এবার তিনি ছিলেন না,কুয়াশাচ্ছন্ন থেকে গেলেন তিনি,তিনটি দিন।কে না জানে,তাঁর রূপ,তাঁর রাজসাজ দেখতে পাওয়া ভাগ্যের ব্যাপার! খুব স্বল্প শহুরে সাচ্ছন্দ্যের ব্যবস্থা নিয়ে এই 'আফান্টা ফার্ম স্টে',অনুপম আর মৌসুমী যার পুরোধা।রান্নাঘরে নিরলস দায়িত্ব হাসি মুখে পালন করে চলেন শ্রী সরোজ রাই আর তাঁর স্ত্রী ফুলমায়া।তা সে অজস্র বার চায়ের আবদারই হোক বা বাথরুমের গরম জল। আমরা বন্দেভারত ট্রেনে গিয়েছিলাম,ফলে এখানে পৌঁছতে সন্ধে সাড়ে সাতটা বেজে গিয়েছিল।জানিয়ে রাখি,লাভা থেকে এই ফার্ম স্টে আসার পথটিকে ঠিক রাস্তা বলা চলে না,ভাঙা,পাথুরে,কঠিন একটা পথ,সুদক্ষ গাড়িচালক ছাড়া বেশ ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ।আমাদের গাড়ি নিউ জলপাইগুড়ি থেকে লাভায় এনে নামায়,ওখান থেকে একটি মার্শাল গাড়িতে আমাদের ড্রাইভার ভূষণ ভাইয়ের হাতে নিজেদের সমর্পণ করে ঐ কুয়াশা মোড়া পথ পাড়ি দিই।নির্বিঘ্নে পৌঁছেও যাই।(গাড়ি ভাড়ার খরচ আলাদা) সকালের চা থেকে শুরু করে ডিনার পর্যন্ত চারবেলা যথেষ্ট খাওয়াদাওয়ার খরচ ১৫০০ টাকা প্রতিদিন,প্রতিজন।ম্যাগি,পুরি-তরকারি,স্থানীয় ডাল,খামারের তাজা কড়াইশুঁটি,আলু,পেঁয়াজ ভাজা,আলু-ফুলকপি,ডিমের ঝোল,দেশি মুরগির ঝোল,ভাত,রুটি সব নিয়ে এলাহি ব্যাপারটা। গাড়ির ব্যবস্থা আফান্টা ফার্ম স্টে থেকেই করে দেওয়া হয়েছিল,আসা এবং ফেরার।ফলে মাথা ঘামাতেই হয় নি। শুধু চোখ মেলে দেখতেই থেকেছি আমরা,এত শান্ত,এত নির্জন,এত নিরুপদ্রব,আবার কবে গিয়ে উঠতে পারব,ভাব

i traveled in north bengal previously lot of time & stayed in homestay but this time the experience is completely different . i’m amazed by the hospitality of this firm stay , you will experience the raw vibe of the nature here also the kanchenjungha looks crystal clear and gigantic from this firmstay. i will suggest everyone to spent a day or more here to experience the raw culture of a mountain village

ভ্রমণ প্রিয় বাঙালি দের কাছে নর্থ বেঙ্গল এর সব অফবিট জায়গা গুলো এখন খুবই পরিচিত, তাই এবার কিছু নতুন এর খোঁজে পৌঁছে গেলাম leebong এ Afanta homestay তে,,, সত্যি বলতে এতটা পাবো আশা করিনি , একদম নতুন একটি homestay, আশেপাশে আর কোনো বাড়ি নেই , পাখির ডাক আর বাতাসের শব্দ ছাড়া অন্য কিছু শোনা যাচ্ছিল না , শহরের কোলাহল থেকে দূরে যদি একটু শান্তির খোঁজে কোথাও যেতে হয় তাহলে আবার এখানেই যাবো, তবে এবার একদিন না দুদিন হাত e সময় নিয়ে যাবো,, কারণ এখানে আমার আর পাহাড়ের নিস্তাবততার মাঝে আর কোনো বাঁধা ছিল না ,, যেটা না বললেই নয় , সেটা হলো এখানে মানুষদের ভালোবাসা, না আসলে সেটা বোঝা যাবে না , খুব ভালো ফুড কোয়ালিটি, রুম ফ্যাসিলিটি দেখে বোঝা যাবেনা যে এটা একটা ছোট্ট homestay,, Special thanks to Anupam Mukherjee,,

A beautiful place to stay amidst the nature with great hospitality by the host

I’m Vry much satisfied after visiting this place.it’s completely untouched farm stay where u can find out urself away from ur daily work life.This farm stay give u complete satisfaction by their beautiful nature and the behaviour of Lepcha couple .All vegetables are completely made by organic procedure.The taste of each foods are delicious and healthy. U can see in-front of gate cows,hens,dog which make the farm stay complete looks.Birds charming gives u complete touch of nature.Really it’s completely satisfying trip ever I had. Recommend to take a touch of this peaceful place.

A perfect refuge for intrepid... The best thing about the property -Aesthetic nature view...A couple who run this immaculate property, are gracious, friendly, and kind. Evenings spent chatting with them are some of my favourite memories from this trip. The property itself is charming and very untouched - wake up to the cacophony (the good kind) of birds, spend the day amidst nature with Scruffy, get overstuffed by delicious homemade food.
