From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and genuine hospitality that it truly felt like a home away from home. ❤️ The food deserves a special mention—absolutely delicious, fresh, and wonderfully homely, just like a comforting meal prepared with love. The rooms were cozy, clean, and incredibly comfortable, making our stay even more relaxing. And the highlight of it all was the mesmerizing Kanchenjunga view right from our room. Waking up to those breathtaking mountains was an experience we will cherish for a long time. 🏔️✨ A beautiful place, wonderful hospitality, delicious food, and unforgettable views—everything came together perfectly. Staying here was a wonderful experience! The hosts are incredibly sweet, caring, and humble, and the balcony view is absolutely breathtaking. Since it’s located on a hill, there is a bit of a steep climb to reach it, but the amazing warm hospitality and views make it totally worth it!

I had a wonderful stay at Broadview Homestay with my family. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hosts(Tamang Lee) were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help with local guidance and travel arrangements. The location is peaceful and offers beautiful views of the hills, while still being conveniently connected to the main attractions. The food was fresh and tasty, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and homely. I would definitely recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Darjeeling, especially families looking for a comfortable stay. Quality of the homestay were: Clean and spacious rooms. Beautiful mountain/Kanchenjunga views (if you had them). Friendly and helpful hosts. Peaceful location away from the crowds. Good value for money. Home-cooked, delicious food. I had an amazing stay at this homestay. The view of Darjeeling was absolutely breathtaking, both during the day and at night. The hosts truly made this place special. Uncle was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, making us feel right at home. Aunty’s home-cooked food was simply outstanding—every meal was fresh, delicious, and made with so much care. It was one of the highlights of our trip. Leaving this homestay was genuinely one of the hardest parts of my trip.... From the moment I arrived.... Tamang Uncle and Aunty welcomed me with open arms, treating me not like a guest... but like their very own child. Itna badhiya hospitality shayad hi kahin aur mile. ​ Tamang Uncle is a truly remarkable and sweet man full of wisdom, incredibly observant .and ..deeply insightful.... Listening to his fascinating stories about trekking.... teaching and life was an absolute highlight of my evenings..... His company is something I’ll always treasure and remember... ​ Aunty is hands down the sweetest woman I’ve ever met outside my own home.... Her gentle warmth and kindness and smileeeee instantly put me at ease.... You cannot leave without talking about Aunty’s cooking! The food was delicious across the board especially her homemade chicken....... But the absolute magic? Her karela chips. I have literally spent my entire life running away from karela.....but Aunty made them so insanely crispy and flavorful that I ended up asking for extra ​I went in as a visitor, but I left feeling like family. I deeply wish I could have extended my stay by a few more days... ​A small note to Uncle and Aunty... If you ever read this, thank you so much for your unconditional love, warmth, and delicious food. I’m already missing you both a lot 😭😭 I can't wait to come back. ​Highly recommended to anyone looking for authentic warmth, incredible food, and unforgettable conversations! Broadview Homestay is an excellent place to stay in Darjeeling. The highlight is the breathtaking morning view of the snow-covered Kanchenjunga right from the room windows. The rooms are clean, hygienic, and comfortable, offering a true homestay experience. The hosts are warm, helpful, and extremely hospitable. We stayed for five days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food and service were both good, and the property is reasonably priced. Please note: the homestay is located a 2–3 minute walk uphill from the main road. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend Broadview Homestay to anyone visiting Darjeeling.

The host were warm and welcoming. Had a great stay with awesome food made by Aunty. Enjoyed the stories shared by uncle. Will recommend this homestay for stressfree and homely vibe. "I had a wonderful and memorable stay at this homestay. It was perfectly located, from where you can see the entire view of kanchenjunga with City view. The owner and his wife were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a true home-away-from-home atmosphere. My room was comfortable and vintage ambience . Eine einmalig schöne Unterkunft mit einem besonderen Blick und Händchen für eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung und für eine friedvolle und positive Atmosphäre. Traumhafte Lage über Darjeeling und wenn das Wetter es erlaubt Aussicht auf den Kanchenjunga. Die Familie ist sehr besorgt um einen und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir haben es sehr genossen bei Tsechang Tamang Gäste sein zu dürfen.

Rooms are very clean and cozy , and in November the best scenic beauty's enjoayble from room and room balcony. We 2 frnds are coming for exploring from howrah, great enjoyable and rent vehicle also avaliable .but I would suggest in pff season must visit in Darjeeling to feel enoyable soul , and room are also...cheapble on that time.

Our stay at broadview was top notch. Reaching there might be a hassle but after that everything felt amazing be it the host(specially aunty, she was too sweet), or the rooms or the hospitality and ofcourse the view. We definitely recommend this!

Spent over a week here and every day felt warm and familiar. The food, the surroundings, the hosts, and the endless conversations slowly make you forget that you’re a guest. Exceptional food, a beautiful place, stunning views, and genuinely wonderful people. The view of Kanchenjunga from the room is absolutely top-notch — waking up to it never gets old. Special mention to Manju Dhi for the amazing home-cooked food. “Chai banau aapke liye?” still resounds in my ears and perfectly captures the warmth of this place. Thanks as well to Tamang ji for guiding us with local sightseeing and helping with bike rentals, and for arranging transport to Gangtok and the airport — everything was smooth and hassle-free. We did a workation here and the network is manageable. The hosts are always helpful and are already planning network upgrades, which shows how much they care about the guest experience. Darjeeling truly feels different when you stay somewhere like this. With books around the stay and stories in every corner, Broadview has become a beautiful page in my book of travelling.

The washrooms were clean, hygienic, and well maintained, which added a lot to the overall comfort of our stay. What really made the experience special was the people. They were incredibly polite, warm, and welcoming, making us feel more like family than guests.
