I recently visited this homestay with my family and it was truly wonderful...Every room was very clean, and you can see a beautiful view of the mountains from here... The atmosphere is very peaceful.... The best part was their behavior and the food they prepared.. every meal was delicious...They have also set up a lovely separate area for barbecues...If you are planning a trip with family, friends, or as a couple in tinchule you should definitely consider this homestay... Right next to the homestay there is a pine forest as well as beautiful mountain view points where you can spend some quality time... I had a fantastic experience here ❤️

We stayed here for one night in a wooden cottage. The staff were cordial and helpful. The quality of the food was good. The view of Kanchenjunga from the balcony was wonderful and truly memorable. Two or three cars can be parked beside the hotel, although there is no separate parking area. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our experience.

Outstanding homestay, it's more than a homestay. The owner, the head cook Asis Da, he is not only a good cook also a good singer. You can enjoy your meal with his magnificent song. Rooms are very good. Also Sudip da, driver of this homestay, an outstanding driver. Overall it's a worthy value for money homestay. Just outstanding. I love it

This is by far one of the best homestay options ever. Best location with a wide balcony view, huge property with lots of greenery. The service was great, and their hospitality was great. And the food is out of this world, 10 on 10, with huge portions. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Don't know what makes people to give such positive reviews.....the behaviour of Mr. Bhandari ....an owner must know his responsibilities that if his guest faces some issue about room service and all they go to the owner to solve this...if u can afford budget then go for better one since we travel for enjoy not for harassment

Stayed at Abiraj Homestay for a night with a group of 13, and it turned out to be one of those experiences you genuinely don’t forget. The property is beautifully built amidst nature, right above a lush tea garden, and the highlight has to be the way clouds literally drift into your rooms. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, perfectly complementing the natural surroundings. The food was absolutely sumptuous—fresh, flavorful, and served with warmth that made it feel homely yet special. In the evening, we had a barbecue session which was such a fun and memorable part of the stay. Overall, it was a perfect blend of peace, scenic beauty, and great hospitality. If you’re looking for a calm getaway with a unique experience, this place is 100% worth it.

What an amazing place this was—so close to nature and beautifully surrounded by greenery and mountains. The silence, the misty clouds, and the peaceful view from the room made it feel truly special. The rooms were great, and waking up to that mountain view was just perfect. I visited this place with three friends just after finishing college and during the very first week of starting my corporate career. It felt like the perfect beginning to a new chapter of life—full of energy, excitement, and adventure. Spending that time exploring the mountains and enjoying everything together made it even more special. After this trip, we all slowly moved on to our own paths and different locations, so this memory will always stay close. Uncle, the owner, was such a friendly and wonderful person. He treated us with so much warmth and care that it felt like visiting family. The food was incredible too—fresh homegrown vegetables from his garden and everything cooked so well by the cook Daju, who clearly has magic in his hands. And of course, our two little guardian angels (the dogs) who followed us everywhere made the stay even more memorable. And a funny ending to the story 😝 Uncle couldn’t believe I’m actually just 21. With the beard he thought I was 26+ and already married! I had to convince him that I’m still single. Maybe I’ll visit again soon… still single… unless Uncle helps me find someone by then 😂

I've been to Tinchuley twice. Stayed there only. It's obvious that if you don't like some place you don't go there again for stay. And the place is so cozy & beautiful.. I would like to mention the food separately because it's too good, I mean awesome 😊
