I want to be very clear about my perspective. I don’t care how aesthetic or beautifully decorated a property is if the customer service is poor. A good stay is about more than just pretty rooms it’s about how guests are treated. Undoubtedly, the rooms were beautiful, and the property itself is peaceful and secluded. Reaching it requires parking your vehicle and walking down a flight of stairs, which was actually a fun and unique experience. However, what matters most to me is the host’s attitude and the quality of service, and that’s where this place fell far short. Unfortunately, I would rate the service 0/10. Before arriving, we crossed Ghoom but couldn’t locate the property. We called the host multiple times for directions, but there was no response. Since the location isn’t straightforward to find, we had to ask locals before eventually reaching the property. When we arrived, the host was holding her phone and simply apologized, saying, “Sorry, it was on silent.” If you’re running a hospitality business, especially after taking advance payments from guests, being reachable during check-in should be a basic expectation. A phone being on silent isn’t a satisfactory explanation when guests are struggling to find your property. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. We were looked up and down in a way that made us feel judged rather than welcomed. We ordered three cups of tea initially and later added some starters, but instead of accommodating us pleasantly, it felt as though our additional order was an inconvenience. There were no smiles, no warmth, and no sense of hospitality just an awkward, unwelcoming attitude that made us feel like we were imposing rather than paying guests. A beautiful property can certainly attract visitors once, but genuine hospitality is what makes people want to return. Sadly, despite the lovely rooms and location, the lack of professionalism and warmth overshadowed the entire experience for us

The property is very beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are spacious yet cozy and the location is very peaceful as it is surrounded by nature. The Owner and staff are friendly and the food is also super tasty. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for some quiet time amidst nature.
