Noryang Homestay

stayed 8 June 2026 our experience of staying at the home stay was't that peaceful and as we were expecting it to be. i can totally understand that you have peak season and alot of guest and with limited resources, but that doesnt give you an added advantage of exploit the tourist or the guest. the scenario i want to highlight are 1. just a little help to make baby food , people in the guest house acted so very rudely , never the less they charged us extra also for that, as if they were doing some extra favour to us. 2. we asked for a cup of extra tea while we were leaving, is it soo big of a request ? this is the time i raised my voice and told them its not done at all. don't advertise yourself as homestay, as a homestay you aren't acting like that at all. they are acting very professional. i will personally not recommend anyone to stay over there as any request to the staff feels like such a big favour to them. They had their premium rooms still they didn't inform us regarding that when we enquired about it during our phone call. that's also something i was not so happy about. overall experience was not peacefull, we were staying at the bottom rooms with zero view at all. it was our last moment booking so no complaints for that, but the hospitality we were introduced to was quite sad. Hope they improve there nature and hospitality. Positive Points Food was good for lunch. The helping staff is polite. they provided my extension for mobile charging as i requested them.

Too friendly

Beautiful place. Gumba Dara view point is in a walking distance to the home stay. We visited here on 31st May 2026. The view is mind blowing. We had a barbeque party here and it was furnished in the farm attached to their own tea garden. The atmosphere the behavior of the hosts and the food quality was very nice. I recommend Noryang Home Stay to everybody whoever is planning for a trip to Tinchuley. Moreover, there is a beautiful pine forest on the way to Tinchuley Monastery and it is in a walking distance. You can spend a time enjoying the pine view and the panorama of the area. The monastery is very beautiful. Must visit by walking.

The Noryang Homestay is simply amazing and seasons which offers comfortable stay, awesome organically grown vegetables and great food. The views from the homestay is simply the best with access to a bit of trekking as well in the landscape of tea gardens. The people running the homestay are amazing warm people and their love and dedication is simply incredible. I am grateful to all of them for providing such hospitality.

I will recommend this homestay to everyone who wants to go to Tinchuley. The food was amazing, homegrown, and hygienic. The room was clean, well maintained and service was simply just amazing. Everyone was so hospitable and kind, I just loved my time there. I would rate it more than 5 stars if I could. Whenever possible, I would love to visit again!! Thank you for your service. Very good hospitality...

Our family trip was made so much better thanks to Mam, and her family. From check-in to check-out, the service was truly excellent. It is rare to find such helpful and well-behaved people all around. A special thanks to Sumit Bhai, Madam for his exceptional help during our stay. The room maintenance is top-notch—everything was clean, fresh, and hygienic. It is a safe and comfortable choice for anyone traveling with family. We will definitely be back.

We have stayed this HOMESTAY from 27th to 29th Jan'26. Excellent Location....very calm place with scenic beauty....behind homestay, owner has own a long plot surroundings with beautiful mountain views, gardens along with side by tea gardens....awesome behaviour...actually, entire family is involved to take full care off the borders...rooms are quite good [needs to be looked into a few aspects in future for more comforts]...We have stayed at 2nd Floor Delux Viewing Room.....Foods are good and tasty and are cooked by owner's mother and her team....Father Mr. Madhukar Rajbal [Ex-Army] is very polite and top to bottom a Gentleman....Mr. Mrinal Rajbal [son of Mr. Madhukar] is well behaved person, very co-operative and responsive towards any issues.....We are really missing them and definitely will stay once visit TINCHULE next time.....Wonderful Homestay...All will get nice experience staying over there....[DHRUBA JYOTI SARKAR]

An excellent stay, with very hospitable hosts

Beautiful homestay located at a beautiful location near Tinchuley. Great backyard with flowers and tea garden and on top of it the sunrise was just perfect from this homestay. 💯

We stayed here for the second time because of their very welcoming hospitality. The stay was cozy and hygienic, making us feel completely at home. We also enjoyed delicious organic food made with fresh ingredients from their own garden, which was a wonderful experience. The family members were very friendly, caring, and always ready to help. We truly enjoyed our stay and had a great time. When we left, we felt emotional—like leaving our relatives after a long stay. Highly recommended!

Noryang Homestay is a peaceful place surrounded by dense forest and nature. The hosts are warm, the staff polite, and the home-cooked food is delicious—mostly from their own organic garden. We extended our stay for our son, who enjoyed it a lot. The rooms are comfortable and affordable, with a beautiful sunrise view. The campfire was awesome. My colleague had stayed here earlier, and we planned this trip together again. While returning, we felt quite emotional—it truly felt like leaving our own people because of their wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable and affordable,nice location. Nice sunrise view from hotel room and lawn .The staffs are very polite. They have an organic garden in their backyard, most of the served food items are grown in their garden ,even the tea . Two new rooms are being constructed, which are going to be the most beautiful ones 😍.
