This little paradise exceeded every expectation we had! From the moment we arrived, the host family ( Rupesh along with his family ) welcomed us with such warmth and genuine hospitality that we instantly felt at home. The homestay lives up to its name — perched beautifully amidst lush tea gardens and a charming village setting, it truly catches all the sunshine and offers breathtaking views of the Kanchenjunga range right from the property when the sky is clear but as it was monsoon we had a breathtaking views of the moving clouds. The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable — everything you need for a peaceful mountain retreat. Waking up each morning to the chirping of Himalayan birds and sipping freshly brewed Darjeeling tea while gazing at the misty mountains is an experience I will carry with me for a lifetime. The home-cooked meals were an absolute highlight! Every dish was prepared with love and care, using fresh local ingredients. The food was delicious, hearty, and authentically local.

The best homestay you can find in Tinchuley.. Me and my family stayed there for 2 days and we were wholeheartedly welcome there. The homestay had a 360 view of the mountains along with sunrise and the view of Kanchanjunga... The rooms were very clean and tidy, the balcony had mesmerising view and everything was provided to us The food was also great-just like home and Rupesh ji and his family were very friendly and had become like family.. In conclusion, it was the best experience and I will always prefer this homestay to everyone who will visit Tinchuley❤️

Wonderful Stay at Sunshine Homestay, Tinchulay • A beautiful and peaceful homestay with only 3 rooms, making the atmosphere calm, private and perfect for spending quality time with family and loved ones. • Among the 3 rooms, 2 are mountain-facing with balconies that offer stunning scenic views and refreshing mountain air. • The third room, though without a balcony but with mountain view from windows, is also extremely spacious, cozy and beautifully maintained. Since the homestay has only a few rooms, guests staying in this room can also comfortably enjoy the common balcony areas, flower-filled surroundings and peaceful ambiance without feeling deprived at all. The calm environment and warm hospitality make this room equally enjoyable for a relaxing stay. • Rooms are spacious, neat and equipped with modern amenities like geyser and WiFi. TV is not available, which actually helps guests enjoy nature and peaceful moments more deeply. • Cleanliness deserves special appreciation. Rooms, bedsheets and quilts were spotlessly clean and very well maintained. • Basic necessities like soap, towel and toothpaste are thoughtfully provided for guests. • The balconies and surroundings are filled with beautiful flowers, creating a truly mesmerizing atmosphere throughout the day. • Food is simple, homely and delicious, giving a genuine homemade feeling. • The owner and his entire family, including his parents, are extremely cordial and caring. He and his family member' behaviour was very nice and polite . Their's hospitality was amazing . They maintain hygiene very much . The food of the homestay that they served was very tasty . The amazing part of the homestay was it 's wonderful view . We enjoyed very much at there .
