The hotel is near Mall road and the view of kanchenjunga mountain from the room was breathtaking and soothing to eyes🏔.The hotel location was easy to find.The staff are well mannered and polite.Rooms and bedsheets were clean.The hotel is well designed .Staying in skyloft by lotus was worth it , will recommend to all who are visiting Darjeeling .The food was awesome especially the snacks .😋

The hotel was well decorated and easy to locate. Rooms were sober, clean and the kanchenjunga view from the rooms were worth watching. Staff were well mannered. As we were travelling with kids, the tasty snacks and less spicy food specially prepared for them made our vacation more relaxed. If you want to travel with peace of mind, i will recommend 🪷 Lotus hotels and resorts to everyone.

Very beautiful property from reception to dinning and the rooms were very sober with clean linen and perfect lighting. The location was very easy to find and the view of mountain 🏔️ kanchenjunga from the room was spectacular.It made our day .the staff were well trained and polite. As the property is absolutely near Mall road with geyser facilities, which is normally not available in other hotels on Mall road , I personally recommend this hotel to everyone.

We booked 5 rooms for our family and to our surprise the spectacular view of kanchenjunga from all the rooms made our vacation memorable.The staff were very well behaved and food was tasty and we loved the dinning space.Rooms were tidy and location was also perfect. Recommended to many friends also.

THE WORST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER VISITED. THEY DNT EVEN PROVIDE US THE LUNCH BECAUSE OF LITTLE BIT LATE, WHICH WAS ALREADY PAID IN ADVANCE, AND FORCED US TO HAVE THE SAME IN DINNER. THEY CHARGED US RS.500/- FOR THE SWITCH, WHICH WAS ALREADY BROKEN BEFORE OUR CHECK-IN.

It's a newly opened property near Mall road so all the modern facilities required for a premium hotel is available. The best part was that all rooms are view rooms with beautiful two sided windows having green landscape view from one and the snow layered Kanchenjunga view from the another with all amenities and geysers installed in all bathroom as you don't find this facilities in hotels at mall road. Food was delicious Rooms were clean and linen were new Staff behaviour was very good and disciplined I would recommend this hotel to everyone as only few hotels of such quality are available on mall road, darjeeling that can be counted on fingers

First of all thanks to Avishek da (the owner) for his relentless efforts and care for his guests. A very caring and great hearted hotel owner who never gets disturbed on continuous contacts although being very busy. The hotel Staffs are very good. It's a new hotel with new rooms. The view room was great with very good view of the mountains. It's near the TV tower which is 7 minute distance and the Mall is also a 7 minute walking distance. The main boo factor is that it's in a sloping hill road and you will be out of breath when you come up to the hotel. Avishek da has more hotels in Darjeeling where he can make the arrangements for his guests. Just contact him and trust him and he will take care of everything. Thank you dada for all your efforts and I wish for all good luck for you and please be the same caring person you are always.

Stayed at a hotel near Mall Road, Darjeeling and everything was really good. The location was perfect, very close to Mall Road and easy to access nearby shops and sightseeing places. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff behavior was polite and helpful. Service was quick and professional. Food quality was also nice and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant. It was a very comfortable stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Darjeeling.

Best place in Darjeeling with best view room also rooftop is good for photoshot we had fun I was here for my pre wedding shoot very good servings with very good nature staff
