Everything was fine but they didn't maintain the room condition... Every door was broken, window wasn't proper work and geyser wasn't working well.... They should have fixed all damge things... We need Mosquito coil or oil but they can't provide it for 3days Even we have 3 children there so we suffered..... Management was not good. Experience is not well at all ....

This was the last leg of our trip after Bijanbari and Pelling, and this place truly felt warm and homely. The owner and staff went the extra mile to ensure comfort—always with a genuine smile and utmost politeness. The views around were beautiful and picturesque, making it a perfect spot for a quiet, peaceful escape. Add to that the comfort of homely food and heartfelt hospitality, and it becomes a place I’d happily recommend. What made it even more special was how my son felt here. In the presence of the owner’s nephew, who was on holiday, my son never once felt like they had just met for the first time. He was kept engaged, cared for, and treated like family—and that warmth made all the difference for us. 💛

Scenary outside the property is picturesque and the owner of the property is very polite but she can't understand Hindi and English, that's why we faced a communication problem, we took 4 rooms and all of them were spacious nd quite good but the rooms were not well maintained... We were not able to stay in one room in 2nd floor due to excessive ants and various insects, we informed them about this but no steps were taken. Foods are not upto the mark; which was only good, was dal and rice. The main problem we faced was not being able to use the bathroom before 8:30 am due to water supply issues...

এই হোমস্টে ছবিগুলো দেয়া আছে তার সঙ্গে বাস্তবের কোনো মিল নেই ....শুধু তাই নয়, এখানকার ওনার ব্যবহার এবং খাদ্যের পরিমাণ একদমই কাম্য নয় এবং সবচেয়ে বড় ব্যাপার যেটি সেটি হলো এই হোমস্টে একটি ভৌতিক ব্যাপার লক্ষ্য করা গেছে

Very bad behaviour of the owner.staffs are good bt the owner is very bad.I have stayed in many homestays in several times but I never seen a woman like that.
