A lovely place amidst nature, I absolutely loved this homestay in Peshok. The rooms are big, airy, clean, with a fabulous view of the surrounding hills. The place is itself in a tea garden, with greenery all around. The best part is you can spot wild peacocks within the premises and also hear them in the early mornings! Must visit for a true nature lover. And yes the food was extremely healthy and delicious too, I just loved the homemade chutneys made by the host ma'am! 😋

Had a wonderful stay at Moktan Homestay in Peshok! The location is peaceful with breathtaking views of the hills and tea gardens. The rooms were clean, cozy and comfortable, making it feel just like home. The hosts were extremely warm, friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The homemade food was delicious and authentic.
This is an excellent destination for a relaxing vacation, offering comfortable accommodations and a welcoming atmosphere that makes it a perfect getaway.

Location, amenities and food were awesome. Since we reached NJP by Bandebharat by 2pm we planned to stay here for the night, as the location is only 2.30 hrs from NJP.
The property is far down the main road (but fully reachable by car) and you will spend a peaceful night in the midst of small tea garden. As we entered we saw a flock of peacocks roaming in the tea garden ... next morning we spotted them on the trees. On a sunny day, as the owner said, you can even find them in the garden.
You can enjoy the walk to the Peshok view point and the Lovers point (tribeni point). You can also plan day trips to Takdah, Darjeeling or Kalimpong and many other places from here as well.
We would like to come here again and spend more time during winter with friends and families.

Amazing food, big, spacious and luxurious rooms with the most aesthetic view of the mountains you'd ever see from their balcony. If you're lucky you'd see an ostentation of peacocks!
Nestled in the heart of Peshok and surrounded by scenic tea gardens, this place offers a truly peaceful stay. We spent three wonderful nights there and were delighted by their warm hospitality. The food was delicious, the rooms were neat and well-maintained, and everything was perfectly arranged. We also used their car service for sightseeing, which was very convenient and satisfactory. I would definitely recommend this homestay to anyone visiting the area. Do visit without hesitation—you won’t regret it.
