Had a bad experience. We booked a Kanchenjunga view room for 2 days like 3 months earlier which costs more than their other rooms. But when we reached they said those view rooms are occupied and gave us a average room at the ground floor which was not really clean and not properly maintained. one window was broken and coz of that the room was chilling cold. The food was average and not upto the price we paid. Somehow we managed one night and shifted to other homestay the next morning cancelling the next day stay. However they took 200 rupees less coz we asked to adjust the price as we paid more for view rooms which we didn't get.
We stayed on the first floor and paid ₹1,200 per person. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
The room was average and didn’t feel worth the price. The food was the biggest letdown. Both the quality and quantity were poor, and the taste was very disappointing.
The only positive was the view from the first-floor room. However, the overall atmosphere inside the room sometimes felt creepy and uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax.
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this homestay.

The location is top notch away from the crowded i love rishop point. The view from the roof is epic😍. But the rooms are old fashioned and the food taste was average. Overall good experience.

Basically this is a basic homestay which you can expect but location is very good and room is also good.
The main problem is the curtains are not blackout one. So the rooms which has good mountain views at back have balcony at side so that is a problem from the privacy point. Except that there is no problem problem. The hosts are also very friendly and there is one more point you will see a big fluffy friend 🐶 but as it was mentioned to us he is just ignorant to the visitors don't give any damn so no problem with that.

First, entrance to the homestay is not that smooth, you have to go through a football field.
Second, rooms and food are not satisfactory as per price. I've stayed at hotels in both North Bengal and Sikkim that are cheaper and better.
Thirdly, service keeps you asking for more, it lacks the warmth that we are used to. If you know you know what I am saying.
The experience in this place was awesome. Their behaviour is very friendly and helpful. The food was great. Rooms are very clean and have all the amenities.
Never decide out side of the house view because bathroom not good, every door, window have many gaps, every facility not provided in advance and one thing is too good that is food.
Property situated at an unbelievable position. From where a 360 degree scenic view can be experienced from roof top. Behavior of owners are very polite. Foods are home like. Mighty Kanchanjungha can be seen from west side rooms of 1st floor. A mesmerising experienced. Ideal for stay silent and meditated for few days.
