Nice stay at the hotel.Staff were really helpful.Binoy even came to receive us from the location where our cab dropped us since it was raining a little late at night.

It was a nice experience to stay at Sher Bengal Darjeeling. Specially the service and hospitality by Binay and the other staffs . Only the suggestions from my end that the food price was too high. Otherwise I want to stay there again.

We went as family including a pet, the hotel is right behind Mall Road, a 8 min walk. Though the location was a bit interior and reaching through private car is difficult, but the rooms and hospitality was excellent. Top floor rooms a have great mountain view. The staff was nice and accomodated all our request. Loved their service and rooms. Do check on for parking before hand if you are travelling through a private car.

Neat and clean, budget friendly very near to Mall... overall staffs are very cordial and well behaved. Food's are no doubt mentionable....
