Mount View Homestay Sittong

Wonderful homestay with excellent locationn with kanchenjungha view rooms. Its really a awesome experience staying there.

Very bad experience here, Sucharita Banerjee from Subhokhon travel agency here didn't communicate with the homestay lease owner properly and hence we faced very bad issue in our service, food. 2 out of 4 rooms booked here are not safe for women, the behaviour of the staff was very worse.

Rooms are good and the view from the homestay is amazing loved the ambience, staff is polite and well but yes you can't get 24/7 room service as it is an offbeat area and things aren't that much available, it's a good place for vacation would recommend. Additional Food is very tasty.

The location of the homestay is noteworthy. But the service is very unsatisfactory. The staffs were irresponsible. Overall behaviour was okayish but they have very poor service. Not recommended.

We stayed at this homestay on 6 th and 7 July , 2025. It was an amazing experience. We stayed at their cottage rooms , which is 10-20 meters away from main building and kitchen. The garden was small but so beautiful and we could see a great view from those cottages . Their hospitality and service was also good. They also served fish at lunch which is uncommon in this homestay. Briefly it was a very nice experience

Amazing place . Cozy rooms with beautiful big windows . Polite and well behaved staff. Lovely and friendly dogs around. Food was amazing especially don't miss the evening snacks . We are veg , I bet the non veg will taste even more better. If you want a break away from home this is the perfect place , chill weather and no rush . The only thing you can improve is the cleanliness of the rooms . It's clean but you can see spider webs and bugs around , which is again normal and tolerable but I'd be glad if you work on it . Will visit agan !!

The homestay is good according to it's location and the calmess. The family and the owner of it was very courteous and well behaved. But, one of its major drawbacks during the stay was the toilet and the length of the rooms, which was quite shabby and not upto the mark according to the price of it. A word with the owner was satisfying at that moment, and a promise of better service was projected by them. Coming to the food during the stay, it was good and quite tasty as well. The food was purely made at home and with much care as well. It is expected that a stay here would be enjoyable for a maximum of one day. It is located in Sittong (TWO)

The rooms were neat and clean. The bedding and blanket were fresh. Kudos to the service team, who relentlessly try to provide best service to the guests. Nice view from the rooms. Only the location is a bit far and the road condition from Dilaram to koyla godown via bagoda is pathetic.

My family stayed here for three days. It was a pleasurable and a very relaxing vacation..... Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service ..Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable home stay..................................

one of the best homestay in sittong. from all room Kanchenjunga facing. new dining area is excellent. from the loan you can saw beautiful view of Himalayas. within walking distance I have found beautiful orange garden. the food is so testy.
