Our stay at Hilly Birds Homestay was truly unforgettable. Words are not enough to describe how much we loved this place.
We stayed in the duplex room, and the view from both floors was simply breathtaking. Waking up to such beautiful mountain views was the highlight of our trip.
The food was absolutely delicious, and the hospitality was exceptional. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly caring. They made us feel like we were at home, not away from it. Every meal was freshly prepared with so much love and care that it felt just like home-cooked food. Whatever we requested, they happily arranged for us without any hesitation.
Thank you for making our trip so comfortable and memorable. We had an amazing experience, and whenever we visit Kaffergaon again, Hilly Birds Homestay will definitely be our first choice. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed at Hilly Bird Homestay, Kaffergaon for 3 days from 3rd July 2026, and it was a truly wonderful experience.
The homestay is peaceful, clean, and surrounded by beautiful nature. The hospitality of Ranjit Bhai and his wife was exceptional. They took great care of us and made us feel completely at home throughout our stay.
The food was absolutely delicious. Every meal was fresh, homemade, and prepared with love. It was one of the best food experiences I've had during my trip.
If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with warm hospitality and amazing home-cooked food, I highly recommend Hilly Bird Homestay. Thank you, Ranjit Bhai and family, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We would love to visit again.
The owner & his family run this cute homestay. I found this place very peaceful, decent just like my own home. I received the finest hospitality from them. Their package includes 4 times food with lodging. Taste of those foods feels homely. They also arrange car for sightseeing. Allover I loved this place & want to visit again with my parents.

Extremely poor management and service. There was a significant communication gap , which led to confusion and inconvenience throughout the stay. The staff appeared inexperienced and were often unaware of basic procedures or unable to provide clear information.
During the power outage, there was no proper communication or assistance provided to guests. Not even a simple candle was made available. Despite making repeated calls for help the staff did not respond. Guests were left without information regarding the situation or any expected resolution.Visit here at your own risk.
এরকম বাজে পরিসেবা আমি পাহাড়ে কোনোদিন দেখিনি, সন্ধ্যে ৭.৩০ থেকে বৃষ্টি হওয়ার জন্য কারেন্ট নেই , র সেটাই সাভাবিক. খাবার ঘরে দিয়ে গাছেন কিন্তু কি ভাবে অন্ধকার এ সেই খাবার খাবো সেই বিষয় তারা জানেন না . পাশে ১ টা জেনারেটোর দেখা যাচ্ছে কিন্তু সেটা চলেনা . ১ টা মোমবাতি ও নেই তাদের , র বাকি লিজ নিয়েছেন যে বাক্তি সে ph ধরেন না. মোবাইল লাইট ডিনার করলাম তাই এটাই হলো পরিসেবা হোমস্টে হিলি বার্ডস এর.

Beautiful kafergaon Hilly Bird Homestay is a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The view of the mountains from the room was breathtaking, especially during sunrise. The hospitality was warm, food was tasty, and the stay was comfortable. Would love to visit again!

Hilly Bird Homestay is one of those places that stays with you even after you leave. It’s located in the quiet village of Kaffergaon, Kalimpong, away from the crowd and noise, surrounded by nature.
The best part? You can literally see Kanchenjunga from your bed. Lying down, looking out through the window, watching the mountains change colors it’s peaceful in a way that’s hard to explain.
The cottages are beautiful, English-style wooden, very clean and well maintained. The rooms are cozy, and the bathrooms are neat with all modern facilities, including a geyser — everything works well and feels comfortable.
The hosts are extremely warm and welcoming. You’re not treated like a guest in a hotel, but like someone visiting their home. In the evenings, they arrange bonfires, and if you want, they also prepare grilled chicken, which makes the whole experience even more special.
What surprised me the most is the price. For the view, the comfort, the hospitality, and the overall experience, it’s very affordable. Honestly, it feels like a hidden gem.
If you’re looking for a calm place with stunning views, good food, and genuine hospitality in Kalimpong, Hilly Bird Homestay is absolutely worth staying at.
