If u want soothing and beautiful nature view ,must stay in this homestay..the owner is very humble and polite...the rooms r good & clean. Even the window view gives a peaceful vibes...I had a great time over there...

We stayed one night at this homestay, and we are more than satisfied with the warm hospitality and delicious food. Birman ji, the owner of the property, is a truly kind and helpful person who provided us with everything we asked for. His barbecue chicken preparation was absolutely delicious 😋. I would highly recommend this homestay over any other in Kafergaon village. In terms of location, it is probably the best place in the village to enjoy the full view of the valley and the majestic Kanchenjunga.

My time at Valley View Homestay in Kafirgao was just awesome. Honestly, I have no words to properly explain the experience—it was that incredible! The views of the valley are absolutely breathtaking, and waking up to that serene mountain atmosphere is something I will never forget. Everything, from the cozy rooms to the overall vibe, was just perfect. It’s a rare gem that completely exceeds your expectations. I cannot recommend it enough!" I visited Kaffergaon in March this year and stayed at this homestay on the 17th and 18th. Before visiting, I had extensively explored details of other homestays in the area. I was unsure about where to stay till a few days before the trip, until I decided in favour of this one. And I was not wrong. This homestay's location is excellent. It has mountains and forests as a background and offers, from above, a wide open valley view as well as a mountain view, with the village road winding in front of it and a few houses around. The ambience of the property is very serene but not very desolate either. You can watch, from the property, people roaming on the road in front & doing their daily activities, vehicles passing, etc. The village itself is very beautiful. The owner of the homestay, Mr. Birman Tamang, along with his wife, is a perfect host, with a very amicable and helpful personality, taking great care of his guests. The property has three rooms for guests, two on the upper storey and one below. The room on the upper storey facing the road is the best in my view. The inside of the rooms is very neat and clean, spacious, and well-lit, with a clean modern toilet and a personal balcony.There is provision of in-house Wi-Fi. The property has lush green premises with beautiful flowers. The food provided as part of the package is very homely and tasty. The place is perfect for a 2–3 day peaceful, leisurely stay. The only drawback is the poor road condition from lolegaon. I hope it gets repaired soon. Highly recommended.

This home stay is good with grate hostipality

We 2 families stayed in the homestay during May 2025. The wooden rooms are cozy and the balcony offers a view of the mountains on a clear day. Food is homely and tasty. Thanks to the hosts for a lovely time.
