Lamahatta Grove Homestay is one of those rare places that feels less like a stay and more like an experience. Tucked away amidst the mountains and greenery, it offers the perfect escape from the noise and rush of everyday life. The location is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, scenic and surrounded by nature. Waking up to the fresh mountain air, birdsong, misty mornings and the quiet rhythm of the hills was truly refreshing. What made the experience even more special was the warmth and hospitality by Mr and Mrs Pradhan. Everything felt thoughtful, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming. The homestay has a wonderful balance of simplicity, cleanliness, comfort and that authentic mountain charm that is increasingly hard to find. Highly recommended if you're looking for a place to slow down, breathe deeply, reconnect with nature and simply enjoy the mountains, Lamahatta Grove Homestay is definitely worth experiencing. Leaving with beautiful memories, a lighter mind, and a strong desire to come back. ❤️

Went there during July 26, must say one of the best homestay experience till date. The rooms were 10/10, food was unique&organic with excellent taste 11/10, and the behaviour of the owner, his wife and the staff was 100/10. Located in lower Lamhatta, on a clear day you can see Kanchenzonga from the balcony. This is among the few homestay's where we plan to visit again.

One of the best properties you will visit near Lamahatta. Absolutely stunning views. It also has a swimming pool and attached sitting areas. Fresh homemade organic food, taste is also awesome. A must visit place.

I went to Lamahatta for the first time a couple of days ago with my daughter and my old parents. Everything about our stay was more than amazing. The owner and his family are so helpful and welcoming. We felt at home. The food was awesome. They even made sure to be mindful of my daughter's food allergies. The view was stunning. We got to see Kanchenjunga from our room's balcony. They also arranged all the sightseeing. I couldn't begin with how grateful I am to them. My father suffered from a stroke and the owner and his family all of them actively helped us out, even contacted the nearest health center and took us there without asking for any charges. So I would highly recommend for everyone to come and stay here. If I come back to Lamahatta, I'll love to stay here again myself.

There are 4 rooms , 3 of them have great view of the mighty kanchenjunga range.. overall the family was very welcoming and jolly. We loved our stay here and will visit again in future. The lady took special care of my kids meals and she allowed us to boil their food and water, she helped us with fresh oranges from her garden , explained questions about organic farming.. she cooks chicken curry very delicious. Salute her efforts to manage her own family alongside guests.

This was such a beautiful homestay, a truly hidden gem, located a little far from lamahatta inside a peaceful quiet village named Tukdah. We had a wonderful time there, the owner was such an amazing host. We were very warmly welcomed in their humble abode, and truly felt a part of their very lovely family. The foods were all organic, fresh from their farm and very delicious. The room was also very spacious, neat and beautifully maintained. We had a beautiful landscape view of the Himalayas from our balcony. Overall, we were very happy and satisfied here, and will definitely come back again.

You will get stunning mountain views accompanied with Decent rooms, delicious local food and warm hospitality. Plus they have swimming pool.

Very friendly behaviour of each and every one in the house... specially moli and the baby is cute .. food was very fresh and nicely cooked.. highly recommended

We stayed here in the Couple Special Room for 3 nights and never felt bored. The room was spacious and looked nice, though it could use a bit more maintenance. The mountain view from the balcony was excellent—especially in the evening, when the lights on the hills resemble a constellation. Our host, Yogendra, and his family were very helpful and cooperative with all our needs. The food was delicious and homely, mostly made with organic vegetables from their own farm. The homestay is nestled in serene surroundings, and you can take peaceful walks through the lush greenery nearby. If you're a nature lover, this place is highly recommended. We would love to visit again!
